I've been dealing with Israel Giftware Designs for over 40+ years and my father dealt with them way before I did. They are very pleasant to work with, especially Jose, Maxine, and the 3 generations of the Ehrlich family.

So, I spoke to Maxine, who says she’s an owner. She was rude. My synagogue had an outstanding bill and she called and left a message with no explanation other than we had an outstanding bill and we should call with s credit card. I called back and she was less than accommodating. I told her I needed an invoice to pay the bill and she said she sent one out...which she didn’t mention in the phone message and that she couldn’t do anything because the computer was down.
“Maxine, we all have problems!! I’m just a volunteer for the shul and am doing my best to take care of loose ends. You made that as difficult as possible. I’ll have to wait for the invoice, find out if we ever received the merchandise, and then...only then, will you be paid.” There are a dozen more shops I can do business with that will treat me more kindly and respectfully. It has not been a pleasure dealing with you, but the good news is that I don’t have to again!”

Purchased Chanukah beeswax candles from the Christmas tree shops that were selling this company’s products and frankly they are the worst candles! They won’t stay lit. What is the point! Stop making candles because clearly you are not good at it and use cheap wicks!

Wanted to order something from Israel Giftware Designs. The person that answered the phone, Jose, was VERY VERY rude. Not a good front man for your company. TERRIBLE customer service!
