The Rugged Store

Excellent customer service, speedy response times, at the best prices. I received a console for Christmas from a family member, but not the mounting plates or face plates. I purchased the remaining pieces from The Rugged Store, based off of their lower prices in comparison to the competitors I found. I set an order, and the next day I was emailed by a Sales Manager, Aaron Kukielski. Aaron ensured I had all the pieces, and made sure that nothing was forgotten for my setup. After two weeks of waiting, I noticed that the order had been fulfilled, but not shipped. I e-mailed Aaron back, and he responded back to me within 5 minutes that he was on it. And 6 hours later, I had an explanation, and was ensured that it was already on the truck and was to be at my door the next day.

Ordered a gamber-johnson radio console through The Rugged Store, and they beat everyone else's best price by more than 10%.

I ordered a tablet case which literally fell apart the first day of use. Contacted Kyle Pittman in March, 2023. I spent 2 months fighting to return the case. I sent the case back only to be sent another, instead of being returned. Why would I want the same junk again? I refused the package which was sent back.

Here it is July, 2023 I paid for a case which was returned and never credited. Best part, nobody will return a email or a phone call.

Run from these people, whatever you do don't give them your money.

Wouldn't let me return an item that wasn't designed properly, even though it was new, bad return policy, don't recommend
