Customer service was horrible. Rude staff. Two men were working on the door and I stood there waiting, not trying to be rude and interpret them. One man says, " you can go in or stand here and stare at the door. I smiled and proceeded to go in. Waited almost 10 minutes first in line, while two workers stood next me talking to each other. Not even bothering to ask me if I needed anything. So I took my money elsewhere.

You advertise that you're open 24 hours a day but you are not this is a good lawsuit false advertisement

We went to store on 4/29/2017 @ 11am and was cheated out of $20.00 on a scratchier. We had tow tickets worth $30. and was told the $10.00 ticket was already turned in and was no good. The twenty dollar ticket disappeared and was told it was only worth $10. When the cashier Joann was confronted she said the original ticket was in the trash and I physically look for it and it had disappeared. Someone need a lie detector test for cheating the public with a shell game.

Not consistently open early to use my sip and save subscription.
