The UPS Store

They where super fast with in 2 minutes the staff of three take care of 4 1/2 people they have came from their QR system not currently available. They did give a courtesy to everyone before coming in the building by posting a sign so that you will know before coming in that is not available. Sometimes we just need to look up and read things before we enter buildings so we save ourselves some time and others that want to help us help ourselves. But overall customer service nice polite and you can’t say enough about how quick they are.

UPS OB personnel are fast and well mannered. Always gave instructions and kept a smile on. Never had issues with them at all. They’re young and experienced. Meanwhile their space is smaller than southaven but at least they have working kiosks.

I don’t remember her name, but the woman on the phone was extremely helpful. The corporate customer service bot is useless but the people at the store are great.

We received excellent customer service from a young man named Shane. He was knowledgeable and attentive to all the customers even when busy. He is definitely an asset to his store.

I got the best customer service from Deunta at the store on Goodman Rd. He has waited on me twice.Both times he went out of his way to assist me .Deunta is very knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn't able to print my recipes He took the time to send the pictures off my Iphone and email them to the store so I could return the items. With his knowledge , concern for the customer and friendly personality, Deunta will surely succeed in any business. Thank you Deunta.

World class customer service by Kelly and the team. I use this location often and always have the most pleasant experience with zero issues!

Most recently I mailed a package to a vacant address (there was a house fire) and item was returned, stored and shipped to new address with ease. That type of customer service is extremely rare these days, and needs to be highlighted.

What a great UPS Store! I would recommend this location hands down to all customers seeking great service. The associates are highly trained and very respectful in assisting any service request you may have. My work recently relocated me to the area and I needed documents reproduced to ship to family members in Mexico. Carol was able to reduce the color photos to the size needed and also notarize the documents that were needed to ship internationally. I was offered alternate ship prices and delivery times as well as help completing the customs declarations that were needed. The patience exhibited during this process was appreciated as there was a line that circled the store behind me. Luckily, the staff was able to assist me with my next item of returning my Amazon return rather quickly also. A male employee was able to train this rookie on how to retrieve my return label, screen shoot and email to the store for retrieval. Jay, I think it was, then scanned and attached the label to my prepackaged box as instructed and thanked me for my business. I might add there was no charge to email and print my label! All of this was done while he multi tasked and faxed another customer’s document. This place stays busy as a steady stream continued to come in as others left; however the lines moved quickly. If you need thoughtful customer service by delightful staff, then make this your next stop!

I use this location a ton, staff is friendly & store is well kept. Notary services are super quick here

This UPS store in Olive Branch has the best employees. They are courteous and helpful regardless of how many of us are there asking a multitude of questions. They are always ready to help. Thanks to each them. Keep up the good work UPS Store staff!

This store was convenient to my job location. I had tried to get a PO Box and because I wasn’t within 100 miles of my home address, USPS refused me. Desperate, I searched PO Boxes and this location came up. I’m SO grateful! Brittney is the kindest lady ever. She understood my needs and even assured me it’s NO problem to park a semi out front and come check my mail! She has also gone above and beyond by packaging my mail when it gets full and sending it to me when I am unable to get there! These are honestly the nicest people out there!

In fullness of caring by a staff person from this store location! Staff person, Brittany, she truly cares about each customer and personal service. Brittany, she was very patient with me of my request for information of tracking back an undelivered pkg as I sought to get the pkg delivery accomplished. Brittany went above and beyond to help me with sourcing out the status of the pkg plus a better address for pkg delivery to another state. From options Brittany suggested to me to complete this important pkg delivery. I felt respected, valued as a UPS customer. Am a new local person whom relocated from another state recently of which she had no idea. Yes, absolutely I will go out of my way to continue using this UPS store. Thankyou, Brittany

This is the best store I have found !! I have used Memphis, Germantown & Collierville. This one is worth driving out of the way !! No one has the helpful, personal service the Olive Branch store on Goodman Rd has! Others charge for small things services ($5-$8 for Amazon label printing) and this one does not .. just helps you get your packages out with care and a pleasant stop!

Had a package to return and usually the return label goes through ups but the company apparently changed to FedEx this year. I walked in and the clerk pointed out my return label stated FedEx and why (story I just stated). Then said she would get me a box, sealed it up for me, and told me where I could take it. Just thought this was incredibly nice for her to take the extra 5 minutes to help me out instead of just telling me I needed to go to FedEx.

I purchased a painting from Wolf River Brisket - Olive Branch, MS and needed to have the picture shipped to Florida. The picture was 4 ft X 4 ft. After bringing it to this UPS store, the manager (Stephen Diggs) informed me that he could get it shipped out but he would have to get the correct size box for the painting. I left my picture with him trusting that it would make it to my home. I received an email about 2 days later (I am back home in Florida) letting me know that my picture had shipped. I received the painting at home this evening - and was blown away by the amount time and packaging that went into securing and protecting my oil painting. The painting was covered completely with protective packing paper and then wrapped from top to bottom in thick bubble wrap. Also it was packaged inside an inner box and then another outer box. He had also put a large "FRAGILE" sticker on the package. I greatly appreciate the time and care that went into making sure that my package arrived safely - especially since I wasn't there to oversee the package completed before it was shipped. Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager - Stephen Diggs again - thank you, thank you, thank you.

Very easy to get to and very neat. There was only one person working when I went, about 30-45 minutes before closing, but she seemed to work quickly and the line went fast. The employee who helped me was very friendly and efficient. I went to get a document notarized and had no issues.

Ketia, in response to your review, I was in the store at the same time you were there and that is not what happened. The clerk did speak to you politely and handled your request efficiently. I'm sorry you were having a bad day but that is no reason to leave an unfair review.
