All the staff at this shop are amazing, they are all helpful and friendly. I had an issue with a device and the staff helped me troubleshoot it, and got it working perfectly. Everyone is always so friendly and kind. Lovely shop with lovely staff will be sure to come back soon

Nemo and Alex were super knowledge and were able to help us find exactly what we needed. Not only did they give us the attention we needed because we had a bunch of questions but they didn’t try and up sell us on anything. Highly recommend if you’re in the Sykesville area. We will be back again!

So left for a show on the 13th, came in to my favorite shop purchased around a healthy 260 worth of goods right. Snatched up some pretty glass and went home, unfortunately one nectar collector cracked somehow on the way home I come back a week later and guess what, without hesitation they took care of me. you guys have to come to this store nothing but good vibes, price and freaking awesome people.

So nice and a pleasure to do business with. The first time I called I talked to a guy named Quest and I highly recommended talking with him. He is so nice and when I walked in to the store Christian and Quest are the nicest people you well ever meet. No pressure on buying anything. Very knowledgeable and they listen to you and most importantly they care. If I could give them higher than 5 stars I would. Definitely go see them. I won’t go anywhere else

Best smoke shop around! They have a reward point system so you save money after you spend a certain amount. They have a massive variety of anything and everything smoke related and the customer service can't be beat!

ETA: I want to thank the team for handling what was at issue (multiple times). It wasn't about the juice so much as it was the pure, creepy, disdain I was treated with by one (now former) staffer. Everyone else has ALWAYS been great and I love the store itself.
I'm changing back to (5) stars, where it was originally — huge thanks to Nemo, Gavin, and Cassandra for their outstanding CS.

Everyone here has a great personality! They have all took the time to answer all my questions and they have always called me when they were out of something and it comes in. Nemo and Will are my favorites they have gone above and beyond to help and answer questions.

Love this place all of the people who work here are cool and they have such a fun selection and collection of prices for all price ranges. I have gotten several items from this location all fun and unique. Also they have a rewards program that's super nice very easy to accumulate points and you can have multiple people in one account!

Best people, best stuff, legit i wouldn't go anywhere else for my stuff. They people there always have great conversations and you feel at home just walking in!

Every time I come in, someone is always available to help me out. My questions are always answered. I’ve asked about a product that they didn’t have and I was told give my contact info, for when it does becomes available. Thought that was a very nice gesture.
