Giant Food

You know I never used to shop at Giant because I thought it was expensive. But now that I've been going for over 2 years I love the prices and the Rewards are fantastic. The groceries are great as well.

This is the most cleaned grocery store I have been too. Associates were also very helpful. Shelves were well organized and full.

"That's my Giant?" I've been shopping here my entire life. If you're familiar with Giant, it's a nice Giant. Clean, friendly staff, convenient, pharmacy, floral, seasonal & is open both early & late. It's a little expensive, so I tend to only buy brand name labels I can't find in less expensive grocery stores. The Rotisserie Chicken salad from the deli is phenomenal.

Pick-up service is great. Staff very friendly, positive and helpful. Quality of food and accuracy of order has been great. Love that they don't pack the bags heavy. Definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious, and has a wide variety of regular and organic products! Peaceful, too.

I really look forward to seeing Robert every Sunday! He is so kind, caring & helpful! Always coming to my aid loding my groceries in my car! I absolutely adore him!

My go-to grocery store. Prices are reasonable, and I love the self checkout. Employees are always around and willing to assist if needed. I always find what I am looking for.

This Gisnt is my go to grocery store.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Especially the two "Steve's" in the produce department.
Wonderful selection of products in every category. Great seafood and deli departments. And the bakery simply can't be beat. Also a pharmacy who always seems to have "just what the doctor ordered".

When we first moved here, we didn't like this Giant's quality, but recently, it has improved. This, combined with better prices than Harris Teeter, has made it our new grocery store of choice. One thing we didn't realize was that they also have a refund and replace policy on produce and butcher items.

Nice reasonable store to shop, mask wearing and social distancing is required. There's plenty of food and items on the shelves that you wouldn't find in most grocery stores. Just a wonderful feeling finding what you're shopping for! It's also a great store to eat-in while you're waiting for people to finish shopping!

Great people. Staff is always helpful. No complaints on the food except for the rotisserie chicken. I have some nasty pictures of that. However, I hope that was a one time thing. I have bought many in the past 8 years. I gave them 5 stars even though I had one very bad experience. Great staff. Highly recommend over Pointer Ridge or Crofton.

We did some shopping earlier this morning (a Friday) at the store. The store associates were busy restocking shelves and cleaning and just generally making the store awesome. As usual, there was a good variety and selections of food, the store was clean, the people were very friendly and helpful, and the prices were decent. Instead of using the self-checkout hand scanners, I used my cell phone (Android Pixel 2XL) and the Giant Scan-It! app. I was able to scan everything and drop it into a bag very quickly. Checkout was a breeze: all I had to do was scan my phone at the register and we were on our way in no time. Very cool!

There's a grocery store much closer to me, but I'd rather drive to this Giant because I know I'm going to get friendly service (Thomas in customer service and many of the cashiers so friendly and helpful - one always greets my children with a cheerful, "Hello, customer in training!!"). The managers ensure the place is clean and the food is fresh. This is my favorite neighborhood grocery store!

Its the cleanest Giant I've visited. And there are 3 relatively close to me that I can choose from. I like the employees here, the options are always stacked. And most if all there isn't a bad smell as you walk in.

This Giant Food is bright, clean and pretty well stocked. We've been shopping here for years. I like the fact that it doesn't have that old stale aroma some grocery stores have. Alot of the staff have been at this location for years and are friendly.

Barbara's customer service was excellent. She even entertained my son. I always enjoy my shopping experience here. The store manager always acknowledges me too. Great job guys
