I love this safeway I always have a wonderful experience when I come William at the Starbucks counter is Amazing he is the reason why I come to safeway at least 3 times a week for my morning pick me up. And to pick up other items. I look forward for his warm welcome everytime I see him he is truly a gentleman. And Deserve 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟. Also he treats all of the other employees at the counter with the utmost respect as well Will definitely is the definition of Exceptional Customer Service.

Thanks to the nice guy in produce today who got me my crystal ginger. He found it AND he found me in the store to give it to me. Nice.

All I wanted was a lemon loaf, hot cocoa and my favorite triscuit for egg salad when I get home. It's the only place where I can be sure my Starbucks is open at 8pm with no line. Hallelucious! Always clean.

The grocery store is large, clean and very well stocked. They have "Tap to Pay" for your purchases. I love the bakery. The staff is helpful and friendly. Stop by and check them out. I highly recommend.

Just a suggestion and will you consider in the future. Do you think you could make an ORGANICS Section? So, those customers who will use it; will not have to search throughout the whole store. It would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you. 😊

Wanted to give a special shout-out to the lady who is working in the Starbucks counter this morning, she’s always been on point and actually most of the time the others have too. Her name is Amari, she may not see this review but thanks for your Greta customer service and energy you put out. I can tell you enjoy your job, that aside too I enjoy the store in general. Only thing I miss is the og ginger beer they use to sell but the other choice me and some of my friends use is good enough 😂 👍🏽 highly recommend this store for locals and out of town individuals/families! ✌🏽💙

This store is probably one of the best in the area. I usually order for online pickup, but when I visit inside it’s usually very clean. The employees there are nice and helpful. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh. I love the app! I get a ton of discounts, rewards points, and deals which you can clip online and use in the store. The savings for quality food is real. I definitely recommend using it - and just a tip.. download before you get to the store because they have terrible phone service in that area.

Safeway has stepped up it's
game with well organized and
labeled outside and inside aisles of their products! I really like this improved look! Customer Service remains excellent!!

Always good except for the Deli. The staff act as if they are doing you a favor, they are never at the counter. Always a 15min wait, while they come sashaying from the back as if they are selling tickèt to heaven. I do not buy from the delivery section. Management should know this therefore Management is deficient too.

Safeway had 3 / 5 free items ,and never purchased cat food here,and they gave me a free can lol,now on the hunt for the free yogurt

First time to this store. Impressed how clean the store was. Their produced looked fresh. Want to give credit to the cashier I had (Aalyah). In today’s society it is hard to find decent customer service. This cashier was nice, asked appropriate questions on how I would like my groceries bagged, and was very efficient to keep the line moving.

Very clean and we'll stocked. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I esp. love the meat department's staff and the wonderful female manager! They are butcher's and provide the best cuts.

I shop here instead if a closer Safeway because of its cleanliness, not only the store but the environment surrounding the store. Shows me they care about their customers.

This store is not the closest one to my home but I will drive longer to come here because the produce is better, there's a good selection of grains and nuts in the bulk bins, there's no fishy smell when you walk near the meats, and usually I can get fresh bread loaves when I want one. AND, most importantly, they manage the store well by keeping shelves stocked with fresh items, aisles are clear, and enough staff is present to run the registers and prevent aggravating waiting. Keep up the good work!

I love it here, it's nice and clean. I have found everything I wanted here. The Checkout Casher was very friendly and answered a question that I had asked her. I would like to Thank all the Essential Workers for all the hard work during this difficult time. God Bless All Of You.

The store presentation is always top notch, it's neat and clean, there are always employees refreshing produce and products. Everyone's always helpful... and will go the extra mile to walk you to the area to find what you're looking for. And the Best part is the meat and seafood departments...always nicely displayed and looks fresh. Oh I can't forget the Florist Dept. I saw an arrangement I wanted for my Mother and had picked it up to put in the cart. The lady working there said "Let me freshen those up a bit and you can pick them up when you're finished shopping ". I picked them up and she made them look even more Fabulous! I can't say enough about this Safeway and it's employees!

Recently moved to the area, this is a very modern Safeway. This location has a little of everything your family may needs, its organized and clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly, large bakery and vegetables section.

I LOVE the Safeway on Crain Hwy in Upper Marlboro, MD. They are always well stocked, I can find what I need and the employees are always pleasant and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Lori at pharmacy was great. Took care of what I wanted. Very pleasant. Cannot say that about two cashiers! Both that helped me need customer service training.
