The UPS Store

This UPS Store is the best! I sent a pkg to friends in Florida. I addressed it with "Ave" instead of "Lane". Just got a call asking if I could give more info on the address. Discovered my error and they are correcting it and delivering it today! Great service!

Every time I have been to this UPS store, the customer service has been superior. On today's visit, I had the pleasure of having Andrew assist me with an Amazon return. I am not familiar how to do a return and he went far and beyond helping when my phone wouldn't pull up the Amazon site, even calling my wife for assistance. I was very impressed with his patience, caring attitude and professionalism. He is a valuable asset to this store.

Exceptional customer service. We are always greeted when we walk in and assisted with our package. The staff is very professional, friendly, competent, efficient and courteous. We are so grateful to have this UPS store near us.

The ease and quickness of how to return Amazon package at the UPS store. It was extremely convenient for me to be in and out of the store so quickly. They do the packaging, I just show them a UPS code off my phone and they take care of the rest.

These guys are terrific. I dealt with a young man named (I think) Andrew. Very understanding and helpful. We are stuck with the ineptly run UPS Store at Lanier Commons, and we gladly go very much out of the way to go to this location.

If I could give this store a ten star rating, I would! They are super quick and very helpful. Every question I had was answered and I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. Excellent customer service all the way around.

Andrew was very helpful, patient, and kind. He assisted me with very important documents from my email. He made scopies and sent them as certified mail. He.
also asked questions to make sure that the address was correct. Thank you for helping me, its hard to find good help.

I mailed Christmas packages addressed to North Carolina Wednesday evening 12/20 around 6pm. I assumed they would arrive after Christmas due to my poor planning. My sister received them early Friday 12/22. Way to go UPS! Great service!

My husband and I moved to this side of town recently and always have used UPS. The one closest to our house was unavailable, but it really worked out for the ABSOLUTE best…

So we went to this UPS Store (on Matt Hwy) for help with a package and to say it was a crisis is an understatement!! We had no idea if they were even able to help such a last minute request with not so normal circumstances, but it was so important to us!

Robert at this location was INCREDIBLE!! I really didn’t believe there was much he could even do to help, yet not only did he help but he went ABOVE & BEYOND for us!

I’ve always been a UPS Store fan girl over other service stores, but have never felt that I needed to submit a review or had that amazing of selfless unnecessary help when in need in a long time!
