AT&T Store

Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Gabriella’s customer service, sense of urgency to my issue, and professionalism was immaculate! I was greeted upon entry and my issue was resolved within a timely manner! Highly recommend this location!!!

Gabby helped me so much at the hacks cross location. I was able to get 2 new phones for a cheaper price with excellent customer service. I definitely recommend going to see Gabby! She will make sure you are taken care of while also being sure you aren’t paying too much for your bill!

I went in to this AT&T store because I had purchased the wrong screensaver online. I was able to get the correct screen saver and found out that it was under a lifetime warranty. Thank you for great service.

I came into this store for one issue and he resolved several without me asking . Johnathan treated me as an valued customers and being that I have been with this company 20 plus years my experience today in this store was greatly appreciated .

This location has great customer service from beginning to end. Christy greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Candace was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She made the trade in and information switch processes very smooth and headache free! If you need to do business with AT&T this location is an excellent choice!

The experience at AT&T was absolutely amazing. Leon was a darling and Micaela was absolutely a jewel. Both were very patient, knowledgeable about ALL products/services, and made sure my family understood all changes. I appreciate them and wish ALL employees were like them. They deserve a raise because they are truly great resources who represent the company well; style and Grace!

Now, I hope the people in the background don’t mess up my bill. I don’t like surprises and miss understandings. Make sure you all represent both Leon and Micaela right and don’t send a bill that’s not what AT&T advertise and we will be straight!

Adrienne was very prompt with servicing me as soon as I came in the door. She was very friendly and assessed all of my needs. She helped me with what I came in for and more. Because of her, my experience today was excellent!

Arrived at 6p & was out by 7:30 with a new phone! Everyone is so nice, especially Gaby. She took care of me and thoroughly explained each expense on my family’s bill which definitely was a big plus!! She took her time answering all questions and even made great small talk. Will definitely always come to this location.

I recently purchased two new Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22. I received misinformation from another AT&T location and the Sales consultants had little or no patience. Retail Sales Consultant Kenny Sharp assisted me at this location. His courteous attitude and professional skills were superb. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my data was successfully transferred from my old phone. He should be commended for his representation of AT&T with his can do attitude. Additionally, I spoke with his Manager Ashlyn. She was extremely pleasant and professional. After visiting at least four different store locations in making a final decision on my new phone purchases. If I could rate this store location on my scale they would receive 10 STARS 🌟

I’ve waited my whole life for a heavenly experience such as what I’ve had today. The angels created a wonderful being named Sarah who has the aura of a Goddess. She guided me through the realms of activating my account and phone. My phone is decked out in a safe case and screen protector. On a serious note, she is a great ATT rep and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks Sarah ☺
