I pre-ordered an edge 540. The general manager was going to deliver a plane to me. we agreed upon a designated location. It was 40 miles away from me. I arrived at the location. There were two other people waiting for the general manager. He never showed up. I drove home another 40 miles I received no explanation no email nothing as to why he did not show up, my experience with this general manager is horrible stay away
The general managers explanation is garbage. I sent him two emails both asking him what time he would be at the field. He did not respond. What should I have done packed the lunch and waited till he showed up instead, I got an explanation of babble and his vacation and other nonsense. The truth of the matter is he is terrible at communication to customers no custom service skill. I will say this again show me your response to me asking you what time you would be at the field you don’t have one. You screwed up and caused me to drive 80 miles and I got no apology. I did tell you I was coming to the field contrary to what you’re saying in your explanation. I have an email that says that.
