Frank was very helpful in selecting fabrics for my upholstery project. I had several to pick from, took samples home and returned to buy the fabric. Looks great and matches mt settee perfectly.

Cannot overstate how happy I am with the work I had done by Coronet and the customer service provided. Randy went above and beyond to assist with an issue I had getting two old chairs reupholstered (fabric, cushions, and springs replaced). The chairs now feel and look great and they even rejuvenated the wood to a beautiful lustre. The job was done in a timely manner and Randy was great to work with, especially considering a very busy schedule. They have been in business a long time and I guess this is why. Great results, on time, excellent customer service.

We recently had our vintage 60+ year old couch reupholstered and are very happy with the results! It took less time than expected, nice craftsmanship, and I really appreciated them picking it up and dropping it off. Large selection of fabrics to choose from, and they made a mistake on the pillow size but redid them quickly without grumbling about it, which is the true test of good customer service. Fair pricing too. Highly recommend!

Very helpful people. I like that it is an old family business, and they remember you from working with you 25 years ago, so they have context when you come in again.

Great customer service.

Never have I been treated so rudely as I was treated at Coronet Fabric Mills. I waited patiently while he finished up with 2 customers. These are lengthy transactions. It was then my turn. We talked about the chair – what to do with the chair and sofa. I said, “come look at the fabric with me” – and a lady who had been there two minutes said “I’ll come back”. He stopped, on the way to look at the fabric with me and began to talk to this lady. Not just a “hang on, I’m with another customer” but a full out discussion of her needs. It was not like I was still looking at fabric – I was in the middle of finalizing my project! I waited for him again, but after realizing that he was not going to come back to help me any time soon, I took my chair and left. How rude. I waited for my turn and he put someone ahead of me. He stopped in the middle of finalizing my project to take care of someone else. He spent an enormous amount of time with every other customer. Why not me? 30 years I have been doing business there but no more.
