I have great experience’s at Lawful Defense and they have great prices with plenty of firearm selection, wide variety of accessories, and options for builds. My go-to professional is John Keeting. He has help me with builds, optics, accessories, and other options. He is very well rounded from older guns to the state of the art new products coming out. He spends time with me on pros and cons and takes into account my plan and needs for my vision on my builds. You can tell this is his passion and you can’t get any better Customer Service and Support than he offers. He takes pride in what he does and he cares and that goes a long way from a customer’s stand point. Thank you sir for all you do for me. Customer for life!

I've been by here a few times and it's been by favorite shop in Gainesville. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and some deals that I wished I had taken advantage of when I saw them. They offer a wide range of brands from budget to higher end. It's definitely worth a stop and I find myself leaving with something, even if it's just a small part or accessory on most trips, even though a majority of my stops are just to browse.

Extremely friendly and patient staff. Excellent selection of both guns and accessories. I'm adding this place to my list of "go-to" stores.

I felt I needed to submit a review to highlight to what I think the standard should be. The standard is this awesome location. It's been awhile since me and my wife have been in but every time we've gone regardless of purchasing anything it's been educational.These guys are absolutely amazing between purchasing or transferring in. They even directed me to a few reliable websites for custom parts and even ammo! And if you need a few shooting pointers they'll even help you out at their range down the road. Keep up the good work guys! Just purchased a beautiful piece for the collection since posting this to.

What an experience! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted (either a mossberg 590 or a 45 of some sort) but I was totally wrong by the end of my shopping adventures. Along came Hunter, a younger man who was more than happy to let me hold anything I wanted with a smile going from ear to ear as he gleefully conversed with me about technicalities and the almost endless knowledge that he carried with him.

I am usually skeptical when it comes to conversing with people selling guns as their usual reaction is “oh this scrawny guy probably cant even shoot a BB gun without his finger hurting!” Hunter was the literal definition of bringing a welcoming presence to all those interested in the arts of firearms.

I cannot stress enough how much of a treat it was to have him as a “salesman” as he was probably the greatest person fit for this job. He was very kind soul and helpful in the event of me purchasing my ideal revolver, and you could tell he had the job he wanted because of how he was always ready to learn. It pains me to know that he will probably reside here and that I will be moving out of state soon, and the wound grows ever more knowing I may not ever encounter someone like him again in a firearm sales environment.

The prices are great too, but the real reason for people like me to come back is when customer service is exactly how Hunter was able to provide it today. Keep up the good vibes man, and I hope to see you next week when I’m ready to pick up my new piece!

Purchased a Glock today and it went better than I thought it would. I'm kind of a gun newbie with a ton of questions and they answered every single one with a smile on their face. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was nice and friendly, makes you feel comfortable. Will return soon to purchase my wife a gun. Thanks again for being so kind and patient.

Literally my go to local gun shop! All employees are extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and always available if you need anything. I have purchased numerous firearms, and millions of rounds of ammo from here and the prices always beat the “big box store” prices consistently!

This is an excellent establishment. Glenn runs a great operation. I have bought multiple guns here and have never left unhappy. One of the few gun stores that have higher end firearms on hand.

These people always go above and beyond to help me find what I want or need. They have been able for the most part to stay ahead of the stock and shipping crisis that seems to be affecting all businesses. Very friendly and you don't feel like you don't belong when you walk through the door.

I have been shopping here for a decade. Prices are always fair. Never any gouging found here and won't as long as Glenn owns it. Problem is I spend too much money here. Wish they would turn me away at the door lol. Seriously this is the only place I want to buy from when near Gainesville
