Dollar General

Located behind BP gas station Frederick & Portsmouth BLVD. Good customer service and products at a reasonable price. Got all this under $4 including tax!! The peach rings taste like Nehi Peach soda, Dollar General can't keep them on the shelf!!

Great service. They hire the right people here. Always willing to help and they jump up quick when the line gets long to assist people. Customers need to cut them some slack, sometimes everyone just happens to come in or finish their shopping all at the same time.

Ok here we go I got to tell you PEOPLE I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT THIS DOLLAR
GENERAL IS THE BEST AROUND FOR THE MOST PART I ALWAYS SHOPPING HERE.THIS DOLLAR GENERAL HAS REALLY GOOD EMPLOYEES THEY WILL GO OUT OF THE WAY AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY.THIS DOLLAR GENERAL IS MOST OF THE TIME KEEPS EXTRA ITEMS ON HAND COMPARED TO THE OTHER DOLLAR GENERALS I HAVE BEEN TOO.. I GOT TO TELL YOU PEOPLE THAT THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT DEALS ON THE DOLLAR ISLES AS WELL AS OTHER GREAT
DEALS AROUND THIS STORE.

Hey guys just wanted to let people know the staff here is very nice! I have never had an issue at this location. Other stores owned by Dollar General are not so friendly. I've been this location several times and never had badd customer service.

The cashier Sammy is excellent and always polite & respectful with a smile on his face. I love walking in and seeing him because I know if I have trouble finding anything he will direct me right to it with a smile.

I went to the Dollar General in Portsmouth.They need to shut that store down so that the employees can take the time to stock.And the hard working emploees need a raise.The store is junky
