Kroger

Nice store, quite large superstore they have just about anything you need, they had some good prices on their weekly specials! I shop there when in the area.

The outside of the store is very clean. The attendants are hard at work picking up baskets in the parking lot.
As I enter the store I notice how clean it is. And at this hour there's not a lot of people.

Very nice and large supermarket in Portsmouth. The isles are wide and easy to walk around with the shopping cart. Very nice wine section, too.

Very nice Kroger. Clean, neat, well stocked. Not too crowded. The carts don’t suck. I’m going to start shopping at this Kroger instead of the North Suffolk one.

Awesome staff. Everything you could want in this store. Fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood and everything in between. They have clothes and houseware, health and beauty, home goods and even a Starbucks! Stop in and check them out!!! I will be back often!

Love my local Krogers! And the private selection brands are really, really good! Everything looks and is fresh, well placed, and nice employees! The butcher case is always fresh too for your choice of cuts!

The store is clean with wide aisles and can easily move about. Shelves were stocked. Employees are courteous and helpful, especially the cashiers.

Kroger’s is the best place to buy misc items! Has great customer service and sushi and Starbucks and a little bar where you can kick back and make new friends while you have a beer or glass of wine and enjoying your shopping trip. I love krogers!

I go here very often and have little to no problems getting what I need. The time it takes to get out is always a bit long unless I know exactly what I want and that's because I'm always window shopping, they're doing a great job on staff and a great job on their deals. The exterior is a clean design, I'm happy going to a good looking store.

Fuel points can save up to a $1.25 off a gallon of gas. Overall still the most reasonable price for groceries although Walmart beats them on some products. Meat department is very good, butcher on duty most time during the day. Hot steamed seafood, wine growler, hot food and even a sushi bar

The deli in this store can be stressfuI because it’s busy, but had the best experience with TaNyia Torrence!! She was such a big help and had such a positive attitude, which is hard to get from this stores deli department. Thank you TaNyia for having good customer service, it didn’t go unnoticed !!!

Clean, well lit and new. This location just recently built. Great selection on many areas. Hubby loves the craft beer bar area. They have multiple beers on tap where you can get a sample before purchasing a pint or a growler to take home. They also have growler specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And I love their store brand products. Especially their teas. Happy to have Kroger in the neighborhood!

Easy navigation, the staff will interact with you. Helpful in the meat department and always have someone asking if we are finding what we need. Just a great and comfortable place to shop. I even purchase non food items from there because of the sales and digital coupons.

Great super market basically I can get everything I need there. I don't have to go to several stores. Prices are pretty good and plenty of different kinds of fruits and vegetables. There meat department is great never bought a peace of bad meat there it's good and tender. You can't go wrong with them.

Kroger's located on Fredrick Avenue in Portsmouth is by far the best shopping experience that we have encountered. They are helpful,curtious and friendly
Last year we saved over $1000 with their combined savings and coupons on the things that we actually use. This combined with the points we get on gas savings is everything that we can ask for. They also have cute clothes at a reasonable price. Returns and exchanges are never a problem.

This Kroger is by far my favorite one. The workers are always so nice. They have the freshest and long lasting produce compared to the other ones and their store is ALWAYS super clean! I live in Norfolk so the drive is a bit far but it’s always worth it!!

The beer on tap while shopping it's a thumbs up for me. Well done, the seafood and meat was super fresh and great! Highly recommend, but don't come on Saturday from like 2 pm or maybe 3 pm. That's my turn to shop. Lol
