So I'm here at this store and it's 5:25pm and they are not letting people in. With a sign saying that their closed without having a reason. I'm a customer that always shop at this particularly because of the manager. But this is not acceptable especially due to the weather. Why are they closed? The Cashier isn't letting people in and I don't know why. It's also cold and people need food!!!!!!!!!

I can find what I'm looking for. Although the store structure is too small for all the items sold at this location which makes it too crowded. And difficult for customers to walk without bumping into one another. And usually the coustomers service/ cashier are rude, impolite, and disrespectful.
