Wise Guys Vapes

Walked in looking for a couple gifts for a friend's birthday. There were a few people just hanging out (which tends to be the norm at these vapor shops) and that does tend to be a little awkward at times, but the guy working there was very prompt in greeting me and asking how he could help. He was knowledgeable and friendly, which gave me confidence in buying something that I wasn't familiar with. If I'm ever in the market for their products, I won't hesitate to shop here again.

Love this place! The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I love to come here and try new juices from their huge menu. It's such a laid back and homey environment. It's my favorite place to unwind after a long day at work or if I just have some spare time to kill. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!! Definitely my go-to vape shop!

Wise guys is my absolute favorite shop. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. They have always given great recommendations and taught me how to build. Alex is the best!

I have been to many Wise Guys locations, and Aiden at the Roselle shop was by far the most helpful. I expressed my issues with my vape device, and he was very helpful with identifying the problem and figuring out what I needed to purchase to resolve the issue.

Super awesome Jake was great. I was told by a different shop, that my tank was broke. I bought another one one from this said shop. I called Wise Guys on Sunday, as they were open, they were out of the coils I needed for the new tank I bought. Jake fixed the tank they claimed was broke. AWESOME

I’m a local and I love the variety of choices. Chris the cutie that works there is honest and will make sure your making the right purchase. He never tries to up sell things like most vape shops. Good hours. Clean store.

Great juice selection and a laid back, cozy atmosphere. What else can you ask for in a Vape shop. The staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable, and explain everything, so you know what you are buying. They also explain how to use what you do get and you are vaping before you walk out the door. They also offer free builds, as well as build classes, so you can build coils yourself. They have no problem with someone coming back in with questions or concerns about items you bought from there or even somewhere else. They are about helping the customer. You guys Rock! I DEFINITELY recommend this shop to anyone.

Wise Guys Vapes Roselle is the best shop I have personally visited. The employees are very knowledgeable and informative about the products they sell. they have a great selection of ejuice and equipment. The shop is very large and super clean. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know. Keep up the great work WGV Roselle.

Competitive pricing and very friendly and helpful staff. Had a quality issue with a product but it was resolved quickly and easily.

One of my go to spots. Good juice selection, good product selection, and I noticed the last time I was in there the hardware prices have come down to what I would expect out of a B&M. Good crew working there, never had a problem.

3 Things:

1. Ambiance - I've been to many vape shops around Chicagoland and by far this one is the best for multiple reasons. Most shops are dirty and grungy but WGV has a comfy sofa, great selection of music and appealing wall art (great for Instagram and Facebook).

2. Customer Service - The staff, hands down, were top notch. They let me sample products without being pushy. Felt like I was hanging out with my friends.

3. Product - I ended up buying "LKA" and it's taste great. Although I sampled over 30 juices.

Overall it was an awesome experience. I'll definitely be back.

Incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Not to mention the lowest prices I've seen (compared to other vape shops I've visited in the NW burbs) on e-juices, tanks, coils, mods, and more. Definitely worth a visit for high quality, low cost vape goods.

I had an issue and a lovely woman, I believe her name was Marie, resolved it beautifully :) Excellent juice and customer service plus it's great to try the juice before I buy it. Love that ♡

Went to the bearded dragon open night and had a blast. Bought $20 worth of raffle tickets to support the cause and won twice. I love this place. Staff is awesome. Envirment is relaxed and friendly. Good ppl good times and memories.
Bearded dragon guys have some good stuff! Ended up leaving with several samples my faves are root beer and mount & dew me. In the raffle I won 3 bottles. Smorez, rainbow zerbert, and forbidden fruit.
Smorez is awesome! You can actually taste the chocolate and toasty gram cracker. Rainbow zerbert kinda reminds me of rainbow sherbet ice cream. I haven't gotten into the forbidden fruit yet but it smells nice.
I also won in the raffle 2 bottles of ordinance juice. Ignition and concussion blends. The ignition is a burbon vanilla flavor and wow you can really smell that burbon. I haven't dabbled in either of theses yet but I'm looking forward to it.
While there their were a few ppl from a company up north in Grayslake called opaque vape. Nice group of people. Brandon seems like the ringleader and he was a cool dude. New his stuff and didn't have any bs peddling. We also got a few samples from them. OV signature, crunch cream, and sexy. I was pretty much puffin on crunch cream the second half of the night. It reminded me of Captain crunch and an orange juilious. Damn good juice. Look forward to the others. I plan on hitting up that shop next time I'm near Gurnee.
Want to give props to Kyle from wise guys. Cool guy and friendly. I kinda have the reputation now of a horse shoe stuck up my ass now and he remembered me from the last show from the Schaumburg shop.
As usual I will be hitting up this shop in the future for all my vape needs and to hang with the staff.

I came in looking to get a new vape setup and Josh was extremely helpful. He was patient and informative when I asked a bunch of questions and was being indecisive. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome place to kick back and smoke a little. The service is awesome, always answering any questions I have with speed and efficiency. I would recommend this company to anyone new to vaping, or the veterans as well.
