Had a great experience buying a new tablet for the woman. The associate was knowledgeable and very helpful with deciding which was the best one for her. The store was very clean and the transaction was very quick. Great location in Spanish Springs. Recommend to all!!

I always shop at Bestbuy for electronics & accessories I need. It's the first one I check out if they have what I need at the price I like. Most often than not, I buy from them. They have the best customer service, refunds are easy. Recently I bought online an open box Sony bluray player but it came incomplete, went to bestbuy store intending to return it but I was given the option of a brand new replacement off the shelf exactly the same at the sale price I got online. Of course I accepted and I greatly appreciate this great service by Bestbuy & staff. This small nice gestures makes a lot of difference between good and excellent service!!

Pretty nice set up and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Alex helped get me up to speed on new wifi technology without being pushy. The prices don't seem too far off from online prices.

Frasier was so helpful and friendly. I needed a new phone and he took me through all the options and loaded the new phone with everything for me - it was the best!

Great store e rvice at this best buy. Starts when you first walk in and they ask if you need any assistance. Always easy to find assistance if needed. They installed a cell screen protector. Also. ,computer tech was very knowledgeable.

There is plenty of handicap and other parking.
Greeted with a smile and help directing to department needed.
Many great sales!! No pressure from sales personnel.
One check out for all items. Received help loading purchased items into vehicle.

My four year old laptop quit, so I started surfing the web for a new one. Best Buy had one that was a good upgrade for a reasonable price.

I didn't find what I was looking for because I'm assuming that the part I was looking for is to old to be available 😆 😅 it was a soround sound speaker adapter to a RCA but they still was very friendly and understanding that I wasn't there to buy anything else

This was the first Best Buy store I walked into where I'm greeted by an employee who actually calls out to the department that I'm asking about. It's also the first where the employees are so easy to approach, and are actively looking to help customers. Usually the stores I visited in Texas and Arizona were awkward experiences with staff unable to make eye contact, or walking faster in the opposite direction from customers.

I was helped by Allie on the first day I stopped by asking for information, she was very informative, patient, and just downright helpful, and happy to help.

The second day I stopped by after processing all of the details to my questions regarding the products of interest Saurabh helped me finalize my order. He was equally as helpful and happy as Allie.

Definitely recommend a visit. Seems like the store has a busy, but steady flow of visitors, but lines aren't usually very long.

Jonelle(at the door) pointed me to a salesperson. Had the greatest experience with her. Christa, she was really awesome. Got a new TV, movies & other things. Definitely will be back to that store.

They were awesome and so is their extra warranty you can purchase... It literally covers ANYTHING that can happen to what ever you bought!

Needed to replace the living TV, which had recently failed, almost 20 years old and survived two moves, a LG flat screen. Young man in the Video/TV department was very helpful.

The installation department is well worth the $100. I've had a stereo and cameras put in my car and excellent jobs both times. They are not fast so don't expect them to finish in the 90 minutes they say it will be done in.

I'll tell you. I was going through a couple c cords a week! They kept not charging! Finally, I went to Best Buy and got ones specified for the particular product ui ŵas trying to charge, 1-amsung, the other Apple. It's been over two weeks now, and I'm having no troubles at all now! I should have gone right here in the first place. It would have saved me a lot of time and money!

Very personable staff. The older manager came up to me while I looked at phones. Little pressure to buy the phone, but I enjoyed the talk we had about the phones and little life stories. Will be going there again, probably to actually buy the phone.

Had three other employees come up to me and ask if I needed help, so they are very eager to help.
