AT&T Store

Yesterday, Nate helped me pick out a new phone after having a small talk on exactly what I wanted. He was informative, friendly and extremely patient with me as I was indecisive! Thank you so much :D

The staff was amazing such good vibes this is a store I will for sure keep coming back too knowledge staff!

I went to the AT&T store to have my iPhone cover replaced. The employees were more than helpful - they were efficient and knowledgeable and professional. It was a great experience and and my issues were resolved in no time at all! Thank you for the super service!

Trace was knowlegable, and confident with a resolution of my problem, if he didn't find an answer, he didn't come up with a end all catch phrase like "well you are on the bottom tier plan, I can't help you. Which someone else told me the previous week. With Riley the Manager watching. Not a happy Manager. But Trace kept digging until we had concrete evidence of an issue, then went to work to resolve it. Traces' dedication, Loyalty are rare in today's work force. I would say much appreciation, and approval would make Trace a person who would is good asset to the company and promotable.

They were awesome! I got the new 14 and the perfect color. They also helped me pick out accessories and found a better plan with a discount thru my employer! Beyond satisfied with Alex and her customer service. If she isn't a manager she should be! Definitely 5stars and a big Kudos

Great Customer service by David Knapp. He was very helpful, calm and did his best to explain the process. We Like coming to the third party office, more welcoming and they seem to care more than the corporate office. More proffesional and doesn't bad mouth.

My experience was great but I tried contact with a store again and I was unable to get help unless I was there.

Hunter, helped me with my auto payment problem. Suggested to come back when my new bankcard comes so he can set up my auto pay. Also answered some questions on usage of my phone. He is polite and respectful.

Jason was amazing. Helped answer all of our questions and walked us through everything as we were switching from another carrier. Made everything super easy and was upfront about all charges and fees going into it. Ultimately we received the best deal we could get and enjoyed his customer service too. I would highly recommend you ask for him!

I was assisted as soon as I walked in the store. The person helping me was super kind and went above and beyond what was expected. They were very patient with me and though there was some issues with my new phone and sim chip picking up service and connecting to the network they tried everything they could and didn't just give up. Smooth, friendly service from Jason. We have been doing this for awhile and always expect it to take forever and be confusing. We were in and out and very happy with the outcome. Jason was focused on helping us save money and figure out all of our questions. Super happy!!!

Alex was an amazing help. He was very patient and had an overall amazing personality. He made sure I knew about the latest deals and helped me make great purchased for my new phone. Lastly he helped me put my screen protector on my phone perfectly.
