I had to go into this store last minute to find a new phone.. My phone wasn’t working properly and Jeremiah was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, he explained all my options clearly and helped me make the purchase that was right for me and my needs and my budget . It was nice to have honest help making my purchase decision and he made sure I was clear with my lease and explained everything thoroughly.

I went in on 2 separate occasions over the last few months, one for a bill pay the second to look into adding an additional line to my existing plan. First time I was serviced by a young man; Charlie. Charlie provided me with fast exemplary service, I know bill pays in store are not encouraged during these crazy times but Charlie made me comfortable and safe coming in. After that experience I came in to speak to Tiffani about adding an additional line to my account. Tiffani was extremely knowledgeable and helped me better understand the plan I am on and get me pricing for an additional line. The staff you have at this store has provided me with outstanding service each time! I want to make sure they are recognized for this as well as the cleanliness of the store! It's nice going into an establishment and being able to visibly see that they are taking the necessary steps to keep themselves and their customer safe! Will be recommending this store to my friends and family in the future.
