Hobby Lobby

This location has many good deals in here. Lots of items were 90 percent off but some were damaged. The deals were still worth the money though. The staff was very friendly and very helpful when i needed assistance. I will definitely be back at this location for the great deals that they have in stock. I was able to find not only all of the items that I was looking for but also items I never knew I needed. My husband came with me and agreed that the deals in here were very good and well worth the money that they charge for it. I will come back to shop here and thanks to Hobby Lobby for all of your great service and great deals.

Hobby Lobby has so much more than Michael's does. If you are looking for craft ideas, decorations, kitchen items, sewing patterns and fabric this is a great place to go. The prices are reasonable and they have sales all the time.

I fainted at this Hobby Lobby in December of 2022. I was 14 weeks pregnant. The staff were quick, helpful, and kind in comforting myself and my 4 yr old daughter. I still go to this one regularly. It is clean, organized, and the employees are friendly. Everything you need craft wise, home decor wise, and gift wise.

A decorator dream spot! I can find everything here. I've learned the week's of sake for my favorite items so I don't miss the 50% off coupon. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Raincheck can be given for most items

I needed help for my dress fixing some features and the seamstress lady helped me so much in choosing the right buttons and suggeating easy doable mends. Thank you!

Love this store!!! the store in Weatherford is the cleanest hobby lobby I’ve ever seen. And everybody is absolutely lovely. Also, the manager appreciates his staff.

Excellent place to go if you want to learn skills or simply for home decoration, affordable and very varied.

Great store. The ladies are always so pleasant. Store very organized and the sales are always awesome.

Customer service was immaculate. I didn't even have to ask for help they saw it on my face. Walked me to the Isle and asked me about the project I was working on. Still not finished but I know she will like it.

I am not Hobby Lobby''s target customer. If I shop here, my wife has sent me to buy something.

I think the true test of customer service is when the employees deal with the clueless customer, a.k.a me!

On each of my visits an employee has helped me find the items I am searching for or they tell me what store I might be able to find it at. The employees are kind and don't get frustrated with my lack of knowledge about their products.

I come to this hobby lobby because Daniela is always helping others even though I had a bad experience here but Daniela went out of her way to help me out

Wondering when Hobby Lobby will come into the 21st century and get scanners lol this would help a lot with the slow lines.
But overall we love Hobby Lobby, always great prices, friendly staff, and good quality.

Best employees! I want to specifically thank Melissa and Jill for their help with my various framing needs today. In fact, Melissa, has been really helpful with past projects as well. She is always positive, helpful and kind (even when some customers were impatient and rude). In this time of poor customer service it is so wonderful to interact with employees who know their products and are good at what they do.

One drawback to this location is insufficient cooling. I urge corporate to use more air/better air conditioning. A few days ago when it was over 100 degrees and high humidity, I had a basketful of items that I had to abandon to get to my air conditioned car. (Ever since I experienced heat exhaustion, I have to be careful not to pass out). I almost gave this store a lower rating but the employees - who have no control over the ac and who have helped me find things, suggest ideas on how to solve a problem etc - are the key to a positive experience. I may have to wait until fall to return to this store but I will return (sorry to have to miss summer items) Note: if you improve the ac this summer let me know, and I’ll return sooner.
