I’ve been coming here for years and most of the front counter employees are very rude. They never greet you and have very very poor customer service skills. I had an appointment on December 16th 2023 the front counter female was rude as most of them are. I was standing at the counter for a minute before she said anything. I started I have a 9:30 appointment she walked to the back didn’t as me my name or anything. Got on the computer and start asking the check in questions she got a funky attitude WALGREENS please train these individuals before you allow these rude A - - please on the front end of your business. Without customer there will be no Walgreens remember Ike’s I know right just a memory!!!!!

It’s 6:08pm on Friday, June 17th, 2022 and the pharmacy is completely shut down…… I came after work to pick up my dads blood pressure medicine and blood thinners…. Because they’re advertisements/displays state that are open until 10pm…… And now because the pharmacy staff decided they would close before their listed hours……. he will now miss doses of his medications…… This is unacceptable, poor customer service, and medically negligent…

I received an automated call from Walgreen's and a text message on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at 11:49am. It stated that my prescription would be ready for pickup on today, Monday. June 19, 3023 at 1:05pm. I arrived at the pharmacy around 6:30pm to pick up my prescription only to be told that it hadn't been put in or filled. I know that this was a lie because I have never been told that a prescription was ready and got there for pick-up and it wasn't. I was told that it would be ready by 8pm. By that time I didn't have transportation to go back to get it. This was a big inconvenience for me and I really didn't appreciate it. I would like a courtesy call from a manager or supervisor regarding this matter. I've been a customer too long to experience this kind of service.

DO NOT DROP OFF ANY FEDEX PACKAGES HERE! Total incompetence! Dropped off an overnight package and 4 days later they still had not given it to the FEDEX driver. I finally had to physically go there and tell them to go find my package. After 10 mins they finally found it and scanned it correctly. Complete failure on Walgreens part. I have no idea why FEDEX puts their reputation on the line with incompetent Walgreens employees.

The workers are not nice and didn't let us use the restrooms .
