Received the SouthCo cam latch I ordered in a little over a week (9 days) from placing the order. Exactly what I needed and couldn’t locate elsewhere. Excellent experience

I discovered their website after Googling a specific replacement part. The paged looked fine and I ended up purchasing the part because their price was the lowest I could find. After I ordered the part I found some not great reviews on the company. To be safe, I called the next day to confirm they had the part in stock. There was a man who answered the phone right away and he told me they had the part and would ship it out later that day. Sure enough, I received notice a few hours later that the part had shipped and would be at my door, across the country, in a few days. I received the product no problem later that week. Overall, a great experience. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews because my transaction went smoothly. I would use them again.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered keys to a marine lock and we needed them quickly. I paid for expedited shipping and called about 10 minutes after the order was placed. John answered the phone and was already preparing my order for shipping and we discussed the best option especially during the holidays. He was incredibly helpful, shipped out that day and we received the needed keys the next day! Thank you John! Fabulous service!!!

I ordered a mobella lock engine for a boat door latch. It came promptly and at first glance looked exactly like the old one. I called when I noticed the slight change. Their technician patiently walked me through the steps necessary to use the part. Excellent customer service!

Fast shipping and great prices. John told us the latch would take 8 weeks and when they were delayed he emailed me and gave me a heads up. I'm shocked by the reviews saying the phone number doesn't work, I seem to get ahold of them just fine 🤷‍♀

Ugly Fish has always been a reliable source of boat products for us. Great prices and communication. Forget the negative reviews, some people either don't understand what back Order means or are just over dramatic.

I was a concerned after reading some other reviews. I received great customer service and all the latches I ordered arrived about a week after ordering. They also had the best price and were able to ship them to me in Canada.

We called about a lock, and had the friendliest customer experience ever. The man we talked to, I think John, was super helpful. They didn't have the lock in stock, and we couldn't wait for the estimated shipping times from the manufacturer, so he steered me to someone who did have them. Above and beyond service.

I was hesitant to order from Ugly Fish Inc. based on the reviews but did so anyway. I called them first to make sure they had the lock engine I needed. They had it in stock and I was told that if I ordered it online it would go out the same day. I ordered it and sure enough it was shipped the same day. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed to fix my door handle. I was impressed with the service, the price and the product. I would order from Ugly Fish Inc. again.

I purchased an item and it’s been 2 weeks and item has yet to arrive, * edit, I received the boat door hatch after 2 weeks. I am a little disappointed since it is in the same state and shipping should have been much faster. Good luck I hope you can fix your shipping times.

Worthless ordering online. Ordered a latch last year, got an order confirmation and then... nothing. The charge dropped off my card so apparently they just canceled it, but sent no notification and three attempts to contact them about it were met with silence. Thought I would try again this week as it's the only place I can find the right part without ordering in bulk... and the exact same thing is happening again. Terrible customer service and zero communication.

Ordered door handle. Apparently it's been on backorder for over a month. Ugly Fish doesn't respond to email inquiries and don't answer phones. Oh, and their voice mail box is always full so they don't call you back. If you happen to get a person, they are rude.

I ordered 2 Southco Keys on 10/13/2023. As of today 3/26/2024 I have not received my order. Nobody answers the phone or replies to the several emails I've sent.

I ordered a latch for my 2001 480 Sedan Bridge interior door in February. I was billed for the item, made numerous calls to the store/shop over several weeks to ask for a delivery date. I finally got an answer and was told the item would be shipped the next day. That was 2 months ago. I can not get an answer nor have I received a return phone call after leaving several messages. DO NOT ORDER anything from this company!!!!!

Ordered and paid for a Mobella small door latch October 10 on advice of S2 Yachts (Tiara). Order showed 8-10 week lead time. Have not received latch and have sent numerous E-mails without a reply and tried calling both phone numbers. Unable to leave message as mailbox always full. I would not recommend this business and will soon file dispute with my credit card company.

I am giving this company 0 stars! We purchased a product through them, and they told us the item would ship in 1-2 weeks. Here we are 3+ weeks later and we still don't have our product; and the company is unresponsive. We've tried emailing multiple times, calling NON-STOP and still no response.

I placed an order for a Mobella -key locking talon June 21 2022. I talked to the owner before placing the order and was advised it would have a 2-6 week lead time. They required full payment and it was put through on my card. It’s now Feb 5 2023. I have phoned and emailed numerous times. Voice mail full. No response. They were recommended by the manufacturer of North Pacific Yachts as a source. Still unable to use my pilot house door !!
