AT&T Store

I haven't been to the store since I last upgraded my phone over 2 years ago. I was happy to see that Jesse is still here! He does such a wonderful job with putting you at ease when it comes to getting a new phone and switching over your data. Jesse even installed my case and screen protector. His customer service is the best 👌 Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T branch in Newark, thanks to Jesse. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with changing my plan and finding great deals. Jesse's patience and attention to detail were exceptional, and he offered me water while I waited.He also went above and beyond by helping me set up my voicemail I will definitely be returning soon for an upgrade, and I hope Jesse will be there to assist me again. He is truly kind and a great asset to the team.

Excellent store. The manager Jesse goes above and beyond to help customers. He provides excellent customer service. He works so hard, and you can see that he is truly dedicated to helping customers. Jesse is very kind, professional, and extremely competent and knowledgeable. And he has the patience of a saint. And Josh is also very kind and professional. Josh also provides excellent customer service.

I was frustrated with my experience from previous AT&T stores but I had the best experience of my life at this location with the Manager, Jesse. Thanks for taking the time to care and to actually listen and help me fully resolve my issues. He spent hours on me and was so nice to deal with. I highly recommend that anyone come and see him.

Ordered phones online and went in store to have contacts transferred over. Jesse was awesome with explaining everything and getting it all done! He was also very helpful with all questions we had and even applied my liquid glass protector!! Will definitely be going in store for future business.

I'm visiting from Texas and decided to stop at the AT&T today. So happy I did! Jesse, the store manager, made me feel at home. He transferred my service from t-mobile and transferred my data to my new device. I only had to pay sales tax for the phone and all the accessories. Again, thank you my friend.

Jesse B hands down is the best ! I came in for a Christmas gift and he fixed all my previous problems that I was having from THREE years ago when I first switched with a breeze absolutely amazing !!
