Aubuchon Hardware

I live out of state and driving to Warner for Christmas with family. I called the Aubuchon in Warner about a gift I want to get there. Spoke with Corey who was more then helpful and put the product I want to purchase aside for me to pick up when I get to Warner. Thanks, Corey for your service so much better then the ugly online store called Amazon. Look forward to coming to your store soon. Cannot say enough of how great this store is every time I come to Warner.

Recently expanded hardware store in Warner. They keep it well stocked and staffed by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easily found and has ample parking. Nice spot that saves having to drive to one of the larger stores.

I recently stopped in the Aubuchon Hardware store in Warner and was so pleasantly surprised with the help of Robert R. His level of customer service, product knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. I also appreciate the wide variety of inventory offered at the Warner location. I will definitely have Aubuchon as my go to for my hardware needs.

This place has just about everything. The staff is really nice and very knowledgeable. I actually had one person go above and beyond to help me. I ran out of pellets and the store had sold their last bag. He located another Aubuchon store in a nearby town with a ton for me. It happened to be one in a town he is often in, and because all I have is a small car which would have taken multiple trips for me, he picked it up in his personal vehicle. Not only did he bring it to town but also delivered it to my house... he even helped unload it. This is all from a place that does NOT deliver but one employee, being absolutely amazing and trying to help someone out that needed it, went above and beyond to help!

The manager at the store was super helpful in helping me with purchasing a new leaf blower. He even took it outside and started it up for me to make sure it worked before I went home. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time and I will be coming back to the store for future hardware purchases.

Cory the store manager was very helpful in helping me buy a leaf blower. He spent a lot of time finding a missing part, signed me up for the rewards program and managed my product registration all during the transaction.

I placed an order online and I received an email when my order was ready. My items were at the front counter when I arrived and were ready fit pick up.

Still 5 stars for the store and employees but I recently tried to place another on-line order and when I tried to check out, the website grayed out and wouldn't let me proceed. I ended up having to go to the store to shop rather than being able to order on-line and pick up.

I ordered a grill online for customer pickup, was greeted and helped by a professional associate with my order waiting, who then helped me load the grill into my car. All in an extremely timely manner.

Quick and painless. Just as it should be, friendly people. Great store.

Always happy with the employees wish they would only be a hardware store and not have all the other junk hanging around they try to put to much stuff in to small of an area it is not the helps fault corporate just keeps shipping more stuff. Should not try to put ten pounds of crap in a five pound box .
