Tom is great! He picked up my bike while it was raining out and I was out of town/BMW 1100 RS installed new battery and all fluids were changed down to the final drive shaft drive very meticulous, honest. Looking forward to many years with you guys thank you!/Doug Maller cheers.

Lost hope since I moved here until I found powerline cycles , my KFX 700 was having a carburetor issue, a couple bum mechanics told me my carbs were shot , Tom the owner said leave it an we will get it running as it should ! He called an said we needed some carburetor parts ! Shortly after he said it's fixed...boy is it wheelies an burnouts !!!! And the price was right... didn't need a 1250 dollar carb , so thanks team POWERLINE !!! I WILL BE BACK =]

Well i have been back , bought a Beta 300rr after Tom ,,,MADE ME RIDE 6 DIFFERENT BIKES before i realized what i was looking for !!! He even told me to try his personal 300rr race edition nice....Her names Sofia she runs amazing last 2 years , Tom invited to ride while on this ride , he switched bikes he had a trial's bike he wanted me to practice some on it , i realized i wasn't as cool as i thought ! I bought a Beta trial's bike too , best decision ever, my son now has an older Beta year 2000 it a tank ! Funny part of this story Tom the owner told me to take the trial's bike home an play with it , ZERO CASH ! ZERO CASH !

I played with it and fell in love , needless to say its mine now and now we are learning an intire new way of riding, so glad i found this place ! Nobody's running a show like the men down at Powerline , sell ya a bike ,teach ya how to ride it , they are the best shop without a doubt , love all 3 of my Beta motorcycle's SO THANKS POWERLINE CYCLES !! I will be back an back

Once again, I had a great experience, a Powerline Cycles! Tommy and Marc and staff are great people! I am pretty particular with my bike. I have an 06 fat boy that’s in showroom condition and Marc handles it as always as if it’s his own every time I drop it off! Just had a whole Cam upgrade kit installed brake pads all round and primary chain adjustment. Marc did an AWESOME job as usual! I highly recommend Powerline Cycles for all your motorcycle repairs and accessories!!

I just need to say I see a lot of post on here against Powerline Cycles.people complaining that it takes too long to have work done. People need to understand how businesses work and that all businesses deal with a lot of setbacks especially since ( COVID) As far as finding people that want to work, employees that don’t come into work take days off parts are hard to get. Just need to have patience. Trust me, Powerline Cycles definitely tries to get your bike back as soon as possible. Me I worry more about the quality of work that gets done! I don’t wanna shop that’s just gonna throw my bike back together and get it back out the door! I want someone to treat my bike as if it was there own and Powerline Cycles definitely does that! The best turnaround time for a bike shop would be in the winter months. During the biking months people just need to have patience. I guarantee you will be happy with the service and the condition of your bike when you get it back!

Needed a NYSI on my Harley. Not only did they take me in with no appointment necessary, there was an issue with my brake lights which they were able to correct immediately!!!!! Even aired up both my tires!! Left with a sticker and am very impressed!!!

So upon meeting the staff and owner, they were very upfront and kept me in the loop insofar as where they were in repairs being done to my vehicle. Also, they were very engaged in the step by step processes so I had an accurate understanding of what I can do to need their services less going forward..top notch folks, especially Tom!

Bought a new bike and I couldn't be happier! I've dealt with many motorcycle shops and this is the best I've ever worked with. The guys understand great customer service and have a really knowledgeable repair staff. The store is loaded with new bikes and an awesome "museum" of classic motorcycles. Definitely worth the trip from anywhere. Highly recommended!

These guys are great. Mark and Tom are extremely helpful and for a busy shop they take the time to talk to you about your issue and will even drop ship parts to you if you want to do the work yourself. They did this for several things I had to get done. Went for a tuning he adjusted my chain and saw to a few other issues while at it. I’m please to support this business and wish more shops were like them. Powerline cycles is about 1.5 hours away, but would gladly take that drive rather than go to the shops around me. They love what they do and it shows. Definitely recommended.

I originally dropped of my 2014 yz85 for a minor coolant leak repair. After about 3 weeks my bike was brought into the shop. The quick repair soon unveiled unforeseen issues that the owner failed to mention to me. Even with this they stayed in touch with me and my dad on every issue they found. They up fixing everything that was wrong. I ride this bike very frequently even when there was snow on the ground and preformed flawlessly. Even today in 90 degree weather it has had no issues. If you ever have issues with your bikes or quads bring it to power line. They seriously take pride in their work and use all OEM parts.

Thanks again Powerline

Tom is a blessing of a human being shrouded by an amazing selection of motorcycles. He is very informative and knows every bike that has rolled in that shop, it's back story and how each one feels to the rider looking to purchase. Because of this, I had no problem buying from Powerline. He's not scared to to tell someone who is acting ignorant the truth, and with a "take no bs" attitude mixed with a genuine care for the customer, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I would gladly recommend anyone looking for a quality bike. Thanks again Tom.

I have been going to this shop for over 6 years and would not choose to bring my bikes anywhere else. The mechanics are great and know exactly what they are doing just like professionals should. Every time I go to this shop i walk in with a smile and leave with one. They are friendly people who care about there customers and make sue that you leave with a good running bike. Yes the price's of the work they do is top dollar but when you are getting good quality work it is well worth it. I will keep going back to this shop as long as I can and love to do business with them.

I would highly recommend this dealer. Not only was it one of the most easy transactions I've ever had I also felt like I wasn't screwed after leaving with the bike. These guys are cool as heck the are super knowledgable. I'm beyond happy with the communication and purchase I made. I would send anyone of my friends this way of they wanted a bike and when I purchase a new one I know exactly where I am going.

I recently found this shop by complete accident when I got stranded after filling up with bad fuel. I brought the bike to this shop and was pleased with all the service and work done to my bike. The mechanic Marc did an excellent job on the motorcycle and it now runs perfect; never has it started so easy or ran as smooth. The owner was very knowledgeable and personable as well and the atmosphere is great. These guys love motorcycles and are truly passionate about what they do and I couldn't be happier. This place is now MY shop and will be for all my bike needs.

Bought a new bike here last week and what a solid, smooth experience! I’m so happy I ignored the negative reviews and went with Powerline. Knowledgeable bike fans who sell bikes and not bike salesmen who know nothing about bikes. If you have a bad review, just don’t go there anymore so the line stays short for those of us who do 🤘

Updated: A year later, I bought another bike from Powerline. I WILL NOT go to another dealer for the same brand. Support your local dealer so they can be available to support you (because mail order sure won't)

Tom and Marc have always done right by me. They are honest and will always do what they can to help a rider out. They appreciate their customers. They will even tell you if you shouldn't waste your money on something they sell if that's what they think. Regarding the negative comments I see others leaving, just know these guys have plenty of business to keep them busy, and don't need to resort to unsavory tactics. I'm glad I found Powerline Cycles and will support them with my business.

This place is worth stopping just to see all of the cool vintage bikes. I've had an ATV and a dirt bike repaired here. They did great work on both machines and the prices were good. I honestly felt the Mechanic went above and beyond for cleaning my quad so well. It was pretty dirty when I dropped it off. I'm very happy with the service. No reason to go anywhere else.

Have yet to purchase anything from these guys, nor have service there but I will say this..I visited the other day and was very impressed with the knowledge of the fellow Mark. Typically it seems that the customers often know more about the bikes than many of the salesman; not there...This fellow knew his stuff and he was very patient and polite. I will probably buy the bike from them once I shop around a bit more but I was definitely impressed with my encounter.

These guys were awesome. Got a flat on the Taconic, after 6pm on a Friday night. They were closed but reopened the shop and installed a new tire and had me back on the road in no time. They totally didn’t have to go the extra mile for me - could have made me wait until Saturday (which meant going back to Brooklyn and returning the next day.) But they legitimately felt bad about my bad luck and they wanted me to be able to continue my trip. I was back on the road I an hour. Good guys. Thanks!

Great place, got the wheel bearings on my beta 300rr taken care of, these guys are riders first and salesman second, they actually know what they’re talking about and the brands they sell because they ride them, Will definitely be back. It’s awesome when you go to a place and don’t just get someone trying to sell you stuff, but actually a fellow rider that gives you advise and more insight on the sport! Highly recommend.
