AT&T Store

Thanks to Nathan & Mason for updating all "the stuff"! Seeing billing discounts and household internet needs. Brilliantly patient & intelligent when most issues are user error. They showed hospitality with the 60 questions (us & other customers) asked during our time at the Forest Lake AT&T store. Huge accomplishment today to update our tech while reducing monthly expenses. Thanks for making us feel like a priority as usual!

I have not had great luck with any customer service via in person or over the phone with ATT, EVER. Tonight I have to call out Jabbar A for his EXCELLENT service. After an already awful and unproductive call with your over the phone “support staff” I went into the Forest Lake store, not expecting much, but he blew me away. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and so very helpful. FIXED the issue that your 800 folks claimed wasn't a problem at all. A+ to Jabbar, give him a raise and keep him around.

Had an absolute good experience at the Forest Lake AT&T the salesman was absolutely wonderful took care of everything we needed, and then some. I hope you have more salesman like this he deserves a raise. He is very good at multitasking, and always says hello as soon as somebody walks in the door, keep it up

I experienced the best customer service from Jabbar yesterday! The moment I arrived he was upbeat and ready to help his customers, greeting me warmly while finishing up with another. Since my family was out of the country it was a lengthy process to help me get a new phone. He was super patient and went the extra mile to make calls and work with both my family over seas and the ATT verification support center. He figured out each and every hiccup we encountered and then helped get my new phone set up and programmed and cased. Thank you Jabbar for the exceptional customer service!

I had an outstanding experience at Forest Late AT&T! The staff went above and beyond to assist us after my grandma's phone was stolen. They efficiently set up her replacement phone and even helped her upgrade to a new Samsung Z Flip5. Their exceptional service truly impressed me. Many thanks to the staff for their wonderful assistance! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Donni was our clerk. It was like a Christmas miracle. I hate going to AT & T because it takes forever and is such a cluster. Donni had both my adult son and I out in under an hour. Give that guy a raise!

Jamie at the store was amazing to work with. He helped me out with issues on 3 different Apple Watches. He went above and beyond and determined to get it figured and sought it through and it all worked out great by the time I left the store.

The service representative, Matt, was the most professional, calm, together
Person I have worked with in a long time. He was worth the short wait, very knowledgeable and got me the information and phone I needed. He multitasked clients with ease, yet made us each feel like we were the most important in the store.
When I left, I told him I was only coming to his store from now on. He is worth the 40 minute drive!

My Samsung phone is 8 years old and I needed to replace it. When I arrived at the AT&T store in Forest Lake I was immediately greeted by the Manager. I sat at a table and explained what I needed to do and he provided me with options available. He was able to assess my needs very quickly and succinctly! I was then assigned to Coty. Coty is extremely knowledgeable and he provided me with more indepth information about the three Samsung phones available, cost and the capability of each phone. With the information Coty provided me I was able to make an informed decision. He then put together a contract and we finished the deal. The customer service is amazing at the Forest Lake store! In all honesty, this is the best customer service I've had anywhere for a very long time. Thank you.

Josh at my local store is a little rock star! I had to me a slightly complicated issue with paying off and buying a new phone, and he made it painless. He was kind, caring, answered all of my questions, and was just a joy to work with. He helped me with the phone issue, ordered my husband order a smart watch and helped me when I came back later in the day because I had to have a smart watch too. I loved working with him immensely. Everyone here is kind. I called before I came in and had the pleasure of speaking to Michael who said he was new and did amazing! He worked hard to answer my phone questions and was very kind. Thanks forest lake for always being amazing!

Our sales associate Jennifer was beyond amazing. She didn't try to push a sale on us untill we were ready. So we came back after a couple days and worked with Jen. She was super knowledgeable and didn't try to give us the run around and everything was very clear cut. We are super happy with our service so far.

Completely amazing staff, Jennifer helped me and she was the sweetest gal I’ve ever worked with. She wasn’t pushy, helped me get done what I needed and went above and beyond and got me a plan with add ons I didn’t even know I needed. She made conversation and actually cared about my replies without making it all about her trying to get a sale from me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH HER !

This gentleman is so experienced and smart. I had been dealing with AT&T customer service on the phone and they did not and could not help me for days. I went to the store and he helped me with everything so fast and fixed all the previous issues the customer service on the phone caused. He is amazing!

Jack, Nate, Susie, Jamie, and the rest of the team did an amazing job helping us pick a new phone and get it all set up. VERY patient and friendly!
