Best game store in Omaha. Worth the time and the trip. Ben is great and as a new customer he made me feel just as special and important as a regular. Gave me amazing deals! Thank you again for the switch deals! I can say I love this store and will make trips to Omaha just for this store.

When my wife and I walked in, we were blown away by the sheer amount of items to purchase. They have video games, movies on VHS, DVD, and Blu-Ray. They also have vinyl, CDs, and many other items. Prices are fair. The staff is very friendly. Zach helped us out and gave us a slight discount as it was our first time in the store. Highly recommend.

Between DVDs, Blu-rays, VHS tapes, PS2, Genesis, Nintendo GB/C/A, more modern games, manga, anime and Funko pops and statues you can find functionally any number of valuables to add to your collection here.

The prices, as best I can tell, are fair and in line with with sold eBay listings and other websites. They are willing to negotiate on much larger purchases and hold items when asked as well as put regulars on list to notify them when a very specific item comes in should they ask.
At all points they've been accomodating to my request and humor me when I'm not sure what something is.

They have extensive collections of various older systems and most Wednesdays and Saturdays they do themed "drops" of large collections of new items which give collectors a chance to get in first for rare or unique items.
So many times I've said "I've never seen one of these in person before." and I expect to do so many more times at Ben's game zone.

Highly recommend and the only game store I feel the need to regularly check in on in the area. Please drop by if you're passing through or if you haven't made the chance in your time here.

Great place to get just about any game for most consoles. Huge selection of games consoles & accessories. They also have dvds, board games, toys & more.. plus the owner is an awesome guy!

I've known Ben C. for years and years, I love this place, bought dvds games and systems, sold stuff to him too. He loves my family and he always loves seeing people come in. He knows his stuff, if he isn't there, no problem his staff continues to be just as helpful and caring as he would. He just expanded too so even more movies (any format) games, systems and even toys. Hey! If you like funko pop's he has a huge collection! Check him out you be impressed.

Didn’t know this hidden hem existed until we were advised to check it out by an email later at a local GameStop when we weren’t able to find an older game there. This place is AMAZING!

A++ in being tidy, organized and well labeled. Huge selection and variety across all game platforms. If you're looking for games for any console, movies, CDs, vinyl records, action figures, carrying cases, anything entertainment related this is your place to go! Will recommend!

I took some older game equipment in to sell and the staff was very welcoming. Jenny assisted me and I was done way quicker than expected and was very pleased with the sale.

Ben's Game Zone has filled a niche here in Omaha left vacated and underappreciated for quite some time. The atmosphere inside also gives the nostalgic, feel retro feel that niche deserves... huge selection as well considering how rare it is to see a lot of the retro gaming stuff in person. Way more fun than just perusing it on eBay!

Very friendly local video game store with everything you could really ask for. Prices are reasonable compared to other places online and local. It's a great almost hidden gem right on the edge of ralston

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Their selection seems to be pretty heavy on the movies, which I guess is understandable as used video games are becoming more and more of a rarity anymore. All in all though, they probably have the best selection of used retro games in town. Definitely a place to stop in if you're looking for some older games.

Excellent selection of video games from NES to today at very reasonable on the prices. It's also a great stop for DVDs, board games, and miscellaneous collectibles. I always stop in to check out what's new every time I'm in town.

This is my favorite game store! My buddies and I come here almost every other weekend, and it's one of the most exciting parts of the week. The selection is crazy good and the staff is very friendly.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this place! I brought a few game systems and about 30 games in because I needed to pay a loan today. I was going to put them in a garage sale this weekend but this morning when I realized the money I expected to hit my account wasn't there, I got desperate because I've never been late on a loan payment. Long story short:
The staff here are amazing! Not only did I cover my loan but I walked away with a few extra bucks. Had I taken those systems to the garage sale I was going to price them about $100 less than what this place gave me. They were 100% honest and 100% Fair! And the kindness that they displayed, the customer service, was worth far more than the money I walked out with! Thank you folks at Ben's Game Zone ! I will definitely spread the word and the love that I feel for you guys!
