Harbor Freight Tools

Possibly the kindest and most engaged manager out of any of the harbor freights I've gone to. The store was also very well stocked and had all the items my smaller store by my house had been missing for a while.

I love this store. So long as you do your research before buying your good. There is junk tools mixed in so you need to be careful what you buy.

I recently visited and like how organized the store is, had all my questions answered by the team member Deanna who also made recommendations to add to my purchase at the time and helped with a future purchases. So helpful!!!

Def has good deals tho might have to return stuff once here n there still worth it tho not everything most can get good stuff here just have to be realistic if you spend 10$ on something get what you pay for.. do lil research on phone quick help with that tho.

Store manager (Jason?) And manager Krystal are super awesome. Love those guys. This is a great harbor freight location if you're ever passing through Batavia and need to get some stuff!

always have the best prices

Just dont seem to have the business they once had. The shoppers Club and elimination of coupons really bit them in the rear. Let's face it. Who wants to pay to shop at Harbor Freight?

We visited the Batavia store, the associates were very helpful. And they have a good sense of humor.
Never have had any issues in any other store I have been in.

Great service. I called to see if that had the car folly I needed. The manager said she had plenty and went back to check. There was one left and she brought it up front for me. I am so thankful for such great service! Kudos!

Been coming here since they opened up. Absolutely love looking around. Some things are decent, others are a joke, but it's to be expected lol.

Nice little store. They have everything for tools in this place. And unlike home depot, the employees are helpful and friendly here. I would definitely go here before anywhere else for tools. Prices can't be beat.

Very clean and always sanitizing the surfaces of the checkout counters. They usually have what I'm looking for in stock and if I can't find it on the shelf, I can always find someone to ask who is willing to go check the stock out in the back for me.

The store is clean and tidy. Employees are friendly and courteous. Products may be fragile but at least the storefront is well made.

Excellent service. I asked some questions about an airless sprayer I wanted to purchase. They opened the box, answered my questions thoroughly.

HFT! It is just getting better and better. None close to me in Upstate NY. When I get by one, New Batavia store today... I stop! In North Fort Myers HFT is only a couple miles away. It is a great store!
