Target still holds a place for the more refined shopper or a shopper that does not want to fight it out like you have to in other stores. when you go into Walmart and the aisles are destroyed and things thrown everywhere. You'll spend more here than other department stores, but what price do you put on your sanity.

I didn’t need another excuse to shop at Target but I got one tonight. After a mistake on my part with an online order, Target online and a local clerk, Roy, helped me resolve it. Roy went above and beyond in helping me and even helped bring my items to my car while I had my two small kids. Forever grateful to the kind employees of Target!!!

I love the drive up service! All of my drive up experiences have been wonderful with professional & polite sales associates bringing my items straight to my car! The app is easy to use! No need to get in a crowd of shoppers!

Bought a TV from here and opened it at home to the screen being shattered. Took it back and spoke to Perry and Roy. They were very empathetic and got us a nicer tv for the same price for our inconvenience. Not my favorite target in terms of stock, but amazing costumer service.

Amelia at the customer service desk is an amazing representative for target. She listened to the issues I was having with my product (a kitchen aid pro mixer) and was quick to offer multiple solutions. I couldn’t be happier with the interaction we had and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Got my pickup order from this target, usually go to the one near the mall in Knoxville but this one is by far the BEST! Fernando was probably the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve ever talked to. Customer service is definitely a hard job but he is so personable and it was an absolute pleasure having him assist with my pickup order. I got confused with how my order was placed and he was super patient and explained it to me. If you regularly do pickup orders, go to this location!!!

The best ever beyond my thoughts of online store pick up shopping. The Fast, convenience makes a whole lot easier and addictiveness way of shopping.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Elizabeth yesterday for her wonderful customer service! I’m not going to lie I didn’t understand how important it was to really make customer service personal. When my members used to compliment me for remembering certain things about them I’m just like this really made you happy? I mean you run into so many people everyday. All it takes is kindness. Well, I went in to target for my normal coffee. I probably haven’t been in in a few weeks and Audrey took care of me and Elizabeth said, “Audrey this is Sophie and Sophie this is Audrey she is new here.” And I’m like girl, you’re good. The fact that she really took the time to introduce Audrey to me. It made me feel not only good but valued! Not only that she always remembers what kind of coffee I like. Haha But all the baristas are great! As much as I go there I’m pretty sure everyone knows my norm. So thank you guys!!

Love that you can order, and in 2 hours or less, they will have your stuff up front waiting.. if you are a little lazy, they will bring it to your car.. Great prices
