I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. They provided prompt service, assisting me with my shipping needs in a friendly and professional manner. The store was well-organized, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, a positive and hassle-free experience. I highly recommend the UPS Store for reliable and customer-friendly services.

First time here but it will be my go-to from now on. Fast service and really friendly staff. Love it!

I've been using this UPS store for just under a year for my organization's mailing address. The staff here are always helpful, both in-person and over the phone. While it does get quite busy at times, I feel that the employees always are working quite hard to keep people moving in and out.

Always efficient and courteous, helping me get the right service for the right price, from niche product returns, to printing, to domestic and international ship. Got me and my husband in and out in ten minutes on a busy evening.

I always use this location for our family's shipping (mostly Amazon returns). Always fast and helpful. Went in today with some return code issues, and Paul was happy to help in any way possible. He went above and beyond to help so a second trip to the store wasn't necessary. His knowledge saved me a lot of time. Would highly recommend this location.

I've gone to this UPS store for many years. Their service is always helpful and excellent and I'd highly recommend it to everyone. (update 2023) Brian Clark, manager at our local UPS Store designed and distributed business postcards for me. His service has always been excellent and I consistently appreciate and depend on his input and advice. I've known him for over ten years.

This UPS store runs like a well oiled machine. I'm a regular at this store and I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be helped because there is always enough people behind the desk to help, and all of the employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Whoever runs this store should be proud of themselves.

The staff are courteous and efficient. While I don't go there on a weekly basis, I am always treated like an important customer and my needs are always addressed promptly. I can count on Brian, Paul and Ray and the other staff members to do the right thing, and to offer me the best shipping and printing options.
Good local business, good people.

It close by to where I live it walking distance. They have been good no complaint

I have to give this UPS store 5 stars. I stopped by a Saturday one hour after they closed (I know I should google their schedule ahead of time). While I was leaving, a staff opened the locked door and took my package. I've never been served by a store already closed one hour before!

The staff is always helpful and expedite the processing of all my shipments to their best ability.
I've been working with the people at this location for over a decade and they always make every effort to fulfill my needs in the most efficient manner possible. Brian, Paul, Ray and their colleagues are among the most professional, knowedgeable customer service staff I've encountered anywhere.

And no, I don't have a personal or family relationship with any of them outside of work...

My name is Stacey, and I have used this UPS store for ten thousand things both personally and for the shop I work for, Polkadots. Every single time they come through and save the day. They get things done SO FAST and on such short notice which is seriously impressive. Quality is great, customer service is even better, but the prices just CAN'T be beat. I don't know why everyone doesn't use them. Love this UPS! Owner is super nice too!

I got an appointment to get some notarizations done yesterday. Everything ran very smoothly. Sean checked me in and Brian was the notary. Great experience!

I have been a customer of this location for 10 years. Between making copies, and sending out packages, Brian, Paul and Ray and rest of the staff has always treated me with respect. Very recently, I dropped of a package to be shipped (on Saturday 3/30). On Monday morning I called and spoke to Brian and explained that due to a death in the family over the weekend, I needed that package not to go out or to have it intercepted and returned here, as that person will be coming here for the funeral. Brian called me Monday afternoon and said the package was at the store for me to pickup.
Other businesses would have said, tuff luck- he didn’t.

A store that seems to care about your important packages as much as YOU do. The first UPS place to explain that adding insurance to your shipment doesn't do any good if you can't document the value. Conscientious, friendly, skilled, efficient, everything you could hope for in an office services provider. Especially compared to the nightmare customer service you get at Fedex/Kinkos.

A little hard to find --they're behind some bank near a garden store. Call them for details :)

I can't say enough great things about the guys that work here. Paul went out of his way to help me with a shipping issue, above and beyond what anyone would expect. I will definitely use this store for any shipping needs I have in the future. If there were 10 starts, I would give them 10!! Thank you, thank you for all of your help!! It is greatly appreciated.
