American Eagle Store

Went in today and Kaitlyn was so helpful and sweet. My friend and I were trying on different outfits in the dressing room and Kaitlyn offered to get us different sizes in things that didn't fit properly; she let us know alternate options to get the clothes that they did not have in store by ordering at the register for ship to home in the sizes we needed. Her customer service skills are top notch and I thoroughly appreciated the help she gave my friend and I. Thank you Kaitlyn!

Very helpful staff!! I ordered a pair of jeans online, but got the wrong size. Took them into the store to exchange them. The staff was so helpful!! She hunted until she found the exact size & style I needed!! Will definitely be going again!!!

They were helpful especially when I had my hands full with a baby and trying to get a pair of jeans off the shelf that were in a stack. Employees seemed to care about the store and kept it meat and pretty organized. Really liked the fact they show appreciation for the military. Thank you!

Special thanks to Alana!! She was very helpful and kind and help me pick out 2 pairs of jeans. I really hate shopping for clothes for myself because of my size/shape. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different styles and sizes and could tell just by looking at me what size I was and what style would look the best. I would have never thought I would like the jeans she help me find, so I greatly appreciate her experience and outstanding customer service. I felt like I was at my best friends house just trying on clothes. Its not often nowadays that you can get such great service. Thank you Alana!

Great place. Very nice staff. Clean. Helpful people. Good selection. Will not wear anything but AE jeans shorts and shirts. Highly recommended

This is one of my favorite places to shop! I loveeee their load back type of style they have and especially their jeggings. I love the loose fitting, bobo type styles they offer. The staff is always very friendly and helpful as well! Don't know how I would ever decide on what to buy if it wasn't for the amazing staff! Thank you all for being great!

I was somewhat disappointed they didn't have my size. I buy all my jeans here they have a good selection. But not on this day...

this is by far my favorite store to shop they have two gray locations I recommend either one of them this place has the greatest staff nice friendly their prices are great even when they have a sale going on it's even greater what Love American eagle you the best place ever

My son only wears American Eagle apparel. From top to bottom he is a walking billboard. Clothes are made well. He out grows them before the become worn.
