I had searched throughout that mall to find cute work outfits 😔. This was the ONLY store that had stuff and at a GREAT price.

Not only did I leave with a full work wardrobe but the two women that work there, Donna and Amy, helped me so much! They helped my find sizes, put outfits together, and just understood what I was looking for.

I am the pickiest shopper in the world because I'm cury and am just very particular with how my clothes look on me. So if you need cute clothes and accessories this place is a MUST!

I don't go to the mall very often. Never heard of this store, but walked by and an outfit caught my eye. Went in the store and was surprised at the nice clothes and the good prices. Bought a pair of pants and a shirt. I was pleasantly surprised.

Lovely clothes and reasonable prices.

Really miss having this store in the Tri-cities. Got 3 dresses at a great price!

Versona itself is a nice store that my wife really likes. This location however we aren't as fond of. Our last visit was fine and the workers were friendly but on a visit last year the outfit my wife wanted, the size she needed was on a mannequin and they were unwilling to let her try it while we were there. Since we don't live in Knoxville it wasn't feasible for us to come back another day. It was one day short of a year before we visited this store again.

Love this store but every time I go in and the manger is there she is rude and acts like customers are a bother! Some people just don’t have people skills and she definitely shouldn’t be a manger! And last time I was there the manager was talking nasty about another employee for ALL to hear! Do better

I am giving this review three stars because the clothing is very trendy and affordable! They also have a great sale selection to look through on most days! However, I would give zero stars on customer service. I am a shopper! I am at the mall all the time, and when Versona opened I was very excited to have a new store. I have been in on three or four separate occasions at different times during the week. Each time I am completely ignored no one has ever said hello, or welcomed me into the store not once. When I’ve been noticed, browsing the sale section, which is very close to the cash registers still not a word spoken. I never really write reviews but it’s so noticeable that I had to get on . I’m walking into Victoria’s Secret right now at the mall and I’ve had 10 people speak to me… These ladies need to work on their customer service.

I’ve had similar experiences with other reviews. The store has beautiful clothing for good prices. It’s always been clean and put together.

However, their customer service is lacking. I don’t really care for being greeted at the door or on the floor, but when I came back to the register the older lady made buying my shirt an uncomfortable experience. She didn’t make any conversation with me and only said the total amount for the shirt and that was it - the bare minimum. I didn’t notice till later but she also didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t asked if I wanted one at least?

I don’t plan on returning the product but I’d hate for someone to buy something they might have to return in the future for whatever reason that may be.

Super cute stuff and reasonably priced, but the staff was less than warm and friendly. I can shop elsewhere if I bother them.

This boutique is one of my favorite places to shop, and their quality of clothing is high. However, their customer service leaves something to be desired. I was recently disappointed by the manager and her lack of customer service, and etiquette. She was not only rude to me, but my son and daughter. Even when we went back on a different date to exchange for a different size she was once again incredibly short and rude. I know Versona can do better finding managers with class, customer service, and etiquette. All basic skills in any management position especially in retail.

Was in this store just now 5/2/2022, just . The woman on the register, a little older might have only been the only one working. Anyways from the 5 minutes we probably spent in their, I could see her from the front entrance, she looked up from her phone one time and went right back full focused on her phone. Even when we got to towards her, no greeting or anything.

I get it’s slow, but make a point to walk your floor or ask if anyone needs help instead of customers feeling like they might be a bother walking up to you. We ended up walking out…
