Magnolia Soap and Bath - Southaven

My toddler loves coming to the store and picking out fun things for bath time. The girls are always so sweet to him and I appreciate that so much!

Very excellent customer service! Everyone was so polite & helpful. Made my first shopping experience wonderful. There are multiple locations, but I'll definitely go back to this one!

I was super stoked to receive a plethora of Magnolia products for my birthday last week as I have been meaning to check the store out. The gift box contained a variety of soaps, moisturizers, and face products. EVERY item is awesome, smells AMAZING, and will be repeatedly bought! My husband and I have been using the body and face soaps daily (many times multiple times a day) for the past 8 days and based on the fact that the edges of the bars have barely started to curve, I'd say the bars will last a good 2 months or more. The MVP is the Liquid Gold Facial Serum. It smells so, so good like an aromatherapy session and makes my face look clean, fresh and youthful! An honorable mention goes to the shave soap. I didn't have high expectations as I'm a daily shaver and would never normally consider shaving with soap. I was pleasantly surprised to get a smooth, close shave, no razor burn, and the soap lathers so well I can see where I've already shaved. Considering once the soap melts there is no waste, I'm sold on the shave soap! Magnolia is good for my body and soul and the environment, as well! Every day has been a spa day for me! 10/10!

I dont know what "Mrs C" I talking about. Maybe she is the problem. Maybe she is the one who had issues with herself. I go in there weekly. WEEKLY!!! And have received nothing but outstanding service. Maybe she is confused with another place because no one over 40 works there. The employees are the main reason I keep coming back. Dean. You have done good with your staff. Maybe you have some customers that are too extra or too entitled. Love this place so much I have referred many people to this specific location because of the customer service. Keep up what you doing.

I went in on a whim and walked out with the best smelling candle of my life. This candle is potent and very NON-irritating. Let me say it again...I have no allergies nor sensitivities to products but am keen on sensing irritants to my eyes, skin, and lungs and I’ve had the Serendipity candle on a candle burning for about a week and turn it on and off 3x a day and my very large space stays well scented and again...NO irritation...clean burning, clean fresh fragrance that hasn’t changed. I’m buying 3 more as Mother’s Day gifts. 💗

Magnolia’s products are fantastic...I have been using the sugar scrub and Shea butter lotion every day on very calloused heals and what a difference it is making for me! I am trying several other products like the shower spray and laundry soap and feel like I am treating myself well. The prices are affordable so I don’t feel like I am wasting money - I am taking care of myself and my family better with these natural products. Congratulations to the owners for opening a local business that makes the products, packages them and sells them right here. And the store is a treat to visit! I will be back.

Wonderful products, to me they were hypoallergenic, cleans and perfectly moisturizes skin, the scents are delightful! Laundry detergent, scrubs, and body butter are my favorites. Looking forward to trying the spray hand sanitizer and bug spray!

Love this store! So many many wonderful choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offered free gift wrap.

What's there not to love. I moved to Virgina Beach from Horn Lake MS . The staff still took care of me like I was still in the area with my online order.

I received a text mid-morning on Friday, 5/26 (Memorial Day Weekend) that beard oil was BOGO 1/2 off "all weekend." I had to work all weekend and spent my free time Saturday at the doctor and pharmacy, so I went to Magnolia Soap SH on Sunday, not knowing they .would be closed. Then I called Monday just before 11:30 am to see if Memorial day might count as part of the weekend, but it didn't. She let me know everything in the store was 20% off "all day." So we went to lunch and to the store that was closed at 3pm with a small handwritten note on the door. Couldn't she have told me they were closing early so I wouldn't make the drive or know to hurry??? My daughter is in Army training and wanted me to get that for her to give as a gift. 😞 Lots of disappointment.

Received some bath bombs for Christmas and went to use one tonight super oily and definitely not a big fan of the oily feel but love the smell

Smell inside the shop was overwhelming and threw my allergies out of whack for 2 days. The whipped sugar scrub left an extremely greasy feeling almost like I had put Crisco on my skin that I could not wash off.
