Very friendly workers and was very helpful and took the time out to show me all the new scents out and even showed me some of her favorites that she recommended. Was very well stocked and the store was very clean to be as busy as they was.

Fast and polite service. Prices are high but when you sign up and catch their deals this place is amazing. You also receive free items for your birthday.

After being ignored in 6-7 stores that I already visited that morning, I walked in BBW and right away I got a cheerful “hello” which is actually not a surprise. I can always count on amazing customer service at the west town store or the Turkey Creek store. Great job Bath and Body Works for keeping customer service alive. Did I mention the wonderful smells too?

Went here for all the post Christmas sales with my kids. We had a great time smelling stuff and picking put some new smells to take home.

The store is always kind of crowded but everything is neat and organized. Easy to find what your looking for and the prices.

This is my wife's 2nd favorite store. She can spend hours smelling all the scents they offer. The candles burn nice with decent scent throw. All of the hand soaps smell amazing!

If your looking for flavored soap Bath and Body Works has it all. They even have Holiday themed soaps. I liked the Vampire's Blood soap smell. I believe they had pumpkin spice and a few others that i liked. If your in or near West Town Mall stop by and check them out for yourself.

Tried to shop on line. The West Town store did not have the 75% off products I wanted. They advertised " ship to your store" only applies if the products are actually in the store for purchase. So I went to the store and purchased plenty for Christmas. Love Bath & Body Works products.

I popped in here around 1pm on Monday and I have never wanted to brag on a store more. I genuinely mean it when I say EVERY associate was kind and helpful. I wish I took their names-they deserve more credit :(( I work in retail myself so I can tell when a lot of effort has been put into a team/store. Will 100% come back and recommend.

Great customer service and smiley faces. They have lotions, candles and body spray for men and women. Their holiday scents are out and they smell like fall in a bottle. Also, there is a sale! Buy 2 get 1 free...cant beat that. Visit them today you won't regret it.

Love the store I use there soap in every bathroom and in the kitchen. Wall flowers are great I use them throughout the house. The store is always best and clean the workers are helpful and nice. Keep up the great job.

Several of the girls helped me find the lotions I like and made great suggestions for some new fragrances. I also had a return of a Christmas item and they handled that quickly. Very pleased and happy with my purchases.

Always love going in here and seeing what new scents there are for the season. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when you walk inside.

Multiple salesperson offered help, explained sales and we found multiple items and checked out quickly. Then, when I unfortunately lost my wallet in the store, - they held it for me until I could drive back. They are angels!

I love Bath and Body Works. I get coupons to use when I buy things. Everything smells so good. It's hard to decide what to get.

Friendly employees and great selection

This place is one of my favorites, they have plenty of nice and affordable fragances. There is always someone walking around the store making sure you find everything you need. I have been a customer for years now.

I had a gift card from my daughter for Christmas that I spent. They have new wonderful fragrances out and nice deals to go with!
