Fas Fuel

I was a little sceptical at first but I visited fas fuel and the man there had a good attitude and cared about the customers because he asked to double bag and if they didnt care about customers the would be on their phone and not paying any attention to the customer. So they did improve. The one problem I see is they charge for air, $1.50 for 5 minutes. It should be free.

Amazing staff terrible gas pump equipment spilled gas everywhere and card reader wouldn’t read had to go inside

Been here a few times in a pinch. Bathrooms are gross and unattended.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION !Your employees are the face of your company and you guys have very rude employees. I went in tonight after work to get gas and use the bathroom and the worker Martha walked in the bathroom while I was on the toilet and didn’t apologize or nothing, instead she came back 2 minutes later and banged on the door and told me to hurry up . I had started my period and was trying to clean myself up . And she then proceeded to call me stupid and cuss at me when I asked her has she not had an accident before or had to poop ? She told me it doesn’t “take that long” I was in there max 3 minutes . She was very rude and hostile and then made a racial slur toward me. And she told me she had the right to walk in on me and bang on the door like that because she works there and she has to use the bathroom in between customers . When I came in she wasn’t even in sight . She doesn’t need to be working in customer service if she isn’t densely . And the fact that she invaded my privacy is crazy . I will be going to better business bureau as well . Because this place needs help

How is location closed that's open 24 hours?!?! This location doesn't even shut down on holidays! Lights on when I pulled up then all of the sudden lights went out. Girl at register yelled "closed" but no reason why & nothing posted on door! Only go here because it was close but store is usually dirty, staff rude & too busy chatting with friends to help or using obscene language. Found Casey's closed by, clean with friendly staff. BYE FASFUEL!

I know that gas station coffee usually isn't great, but the coffee here is disgusting! Burned, stale, even a chemical sort of taste. Tried to nicely speak with management about it, got told basically it's in my head or otherwise my own fault. Including accusing me of my allergies being the cause of their coffee being undrinkable. Not surprised...

Just pulled in to fill up with diesel and their filthy fuel pump reader wouldn't read my card. Tried several times with no luck, then went down the street and filled up with no problem. With all the road construction going on two sides of your business (very tough to get in and out of the business), try cleaning the internals of the pump readers and maybe save a little business.

I’m a regular at this gas station spending over $200 a week to fill up my work truck n my wife’s suv. The other night I had a flat tire around the corner n my wife met me there. I came inside to use the restroom n the girl who has seen my face told me bathrooms were for customers only n next time to buy something with a snotty attitude. Informed her how much I spend there regularly n she was still snotty. So tonight I’m pumping gas at Casey’s down the road

Pump 6 doesn't take cards, IT'S BROKEN! The cashier was rude. Pump 3 is the 2nd time a receipt wasn't printed and I didn't want to talk to the cashier again. Will be using a different company next time. 🤦🏼‍♀

Washed my new car right before i stopped here for gas. Noticed a smudge on the window and tried to use the brush/scraper. It smeared this black grease/ sand residue down windshield and across hood. Horrified I tried to use the other ones but they were all like that. Looking for help I Talked to the manager Carissa. The first thing she did was cope an attitude with me and tell me I was wrong. Bahahaha Hilarious! She then preceeds to tell me it's not her responsibility.
This gas station is the Worst, specifically the manager is the Worst.
I will never come in here again and Im warning all of my friends, family and customers of the terrible "SERVICE".

The worst place of buisness in the State! I am thirty and have never went out of my way to write a review but this one I made an exception, cause these guys need to go! Horrible customer service, longest lines in town, gas pumps not working and what did it tonight was telling me you stop doing lottery tickets at 11 and it was 10:54 and they refused to sell them. When everywhere in town sells them all night, you just can't cash them after midnight. Once I walked in and walked directly up to the counter ( im the only one in the store) and the associate sat on her phone for at least 30 secs. That sounds like I'm winning but it felt like eternity lol. Then says sorry didn't know you were standing there, what? I walked in and right to the counter. 6th St and Wilson Avenue is the worst location. Heads up!

Will never step in this station again. Used to buy stuff there when was road ranger since our son lives close. Used the bathroom and did not have $ with me to purchase anything. Staff there yelled at me. Since we live several hrs away, I took picture to remember station name. Staff came outside to yell at me that is illegal to take picture of a business.

Stopped to use the air machine & it was out of order. Ok fine. Go back 2 days later & its still out of order!!! Artic chill temps, have my 2 yr old with me to go to his appt, & the damn air is still screwed which in return, screwed me!!! Then i look up their ph number and its a long distance number, no biggie but the mess says they are not available & leave a mess after the tone. What a joke!

Place is dirty employees are lazy and rude as hell.....arguing about things that are way inappropriate to be talking about in front of customers AVOID AT ALL COST....idk how they have any bussiness
