I had accidently purchased the wrong lid for the container that I ordered. Spoke to Yvonne P. over the live chat that the website has. She was able to find the correct lid and send it to me for free. No hoops to jump through, no questions, no issues, very easy and quick. Great customer service.

This place is awesome and well worth the drive. I drove up from Riverside and I'm so glad I did. Whether you are looking for commercial equipment, in home supplies, or in my case, Christmas presents, this place has quality supplies at a fair price. I ended up with 8 cookie sheets (jelly-roll pans) because who can't use a brand new cookie sheet for holiday baking? 6 were gifts and 2 were gifts to myself. AND this place has good old fashioned customer service! Staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating--I left with a big smile on my face! I highly recommend Rapids Wholesale Equipment.

I had been looking for a set of parmesan cheese and pepper flake shakers everywhere. I finally found them on Rapids Wholesale Equipment. It was like finding hidden treasure! They were so inexpensive I couldn't believe the price, but ordered them thinking they might not be what I wanted. They came quickly and they are perfect. I will be looking for more items there now. I got this knife as a gift a year ago for my son. He is a produce manager at Stop & Shop. He loves this knife and uses it daily. He lost his and asked me to get him a replacement. My son is very happy and he is a perfectionist.

On October 30, 2022, our family restaurant exploded and burned. It was a total loss. Fast forward to April and May 2023. We met Eric. We were clueless on where to even begin purchasing equipment, dishes, tables and chairs, etc. We knew how to replace, but not how to start. I had a wonderful experience ordering a Countertop Chiller Beverage Cooler from Rapids for my wedding! It was sent out very quickly. When I had an issue with the delivery (due to a FedEx error), Yvonne the sales manager assisted me immediately!

Customer service representative reached out to me that item was not in stock at the warehouse but they could touch base with the distributor to ship it directly from them. That’s what they did and it was much appreciated. Would definitely or if there set from them again

We bought 3 of the Hawker Elite vending trays for our wedding. They weren't going to get here in time, but Mercedes contacted the vendor and made it happen! She's the absolute best!!!

I ordered this Drip Tray several weeks before I had my existing bar cabinets removed. Unbeknownst to me at the time I placed this order, there was a drain tile under the cabinetry that required me to change my plans and I unfortunately had to eliminate this drip pan. I spoke with Amy at Rapids and she was gracious enough to refund the cost of the item. A very professional operation for sure! Again, thank you Amy for understanding a predicament that I had no control over!
