About a month ago I had went into this location and upgraded my phone to the new 14 pro max. Upon walking in I did feel bad because it was about 5 minutes until they closed and i did question myself on if they would even do the service for me. But with no doubt in her mind a nice young lady named Larell greeted me and asked what service i was needing. When she heard me utter an upgrade in that small time frame she didn’t bat an eye or turn me away at all! She provided me with an adequate upgrade, transferred all data, new screen protector and case, and wiped the old phone! She also showed great composure while dealing with an upset customer through this process and handled the situation very well. She had no problem with staying about an hour later than the usual store hours to help me walk away happy with the new 14 pro max! GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE 🙏!

Amazing staff, I had excellent customer service from a worker named Edmen he helped me out and i got exactly what i needed! the manager Larell was also very nice and helpful! great experience especially from a phone store! one of a kind!

Where do I even begin. I came in originally with a few questions and I left with a new phone and a new friends.
LaRell, ED, Deeb, and Fantasia are very professional and great at what they do. I've been to a lot of AT&T stores in my day and this is by far the most well mannerd and friendly staff I have ever met.

Evan was awesome! He helped me activate my new phone, and found the most reasonably priced accessories. Without me asking, he checked my phone plan to make sure I was getting the best deal.The entire experience was very pleasant and this will be the only store I visit going forward.

He is always willing to help with all my AT@T needs... he is very kind, patient and knowledgeable...I know if I have any problems he will help clear them up for me and make sure I am taken care of! I want to give a super HUGE shout out and Thank You to Cimmonie Christian! She is absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the most kindest persons! I truly wish I could remember the gentleman's name who also helped me because he deserves some recognition as well.
I came in for some help for Christmas gifts (smart watches) and I swear had the best service I think I've ever had in an At&t store. Cimmonie went above, beyond and way out of her way to make sure I left with exactly everything I wanted. They were so great and so kind!

The staff here were wonderful. I came in to switch over to AT&T and they made the process so easy. Everyone was helpful and it was no problem getting set up with a new service and a new phone. I highly recommend this store. It's honestly the best experience I've ever had when getting a new phone.

To make a long story short, I wanted to trade in our 2 old phones for the trade in deal AT&T had going. I went to an outside party/location to originate the trade in, it ended up not working out the way I needed it to. So I ended up coming to this location and Cimmonie listened to my issue and helped me to get a start on fixing my issue. When I returned to the store, because I had to wait for my items to be returned and processed back to my account before I could proceed, Cimmonie went above and beyond to get me the correct item. Laura, another employee/sales rep, went above and beyond to help get my account back in order. I left the store with a lot of stress off my shoulders and 2 new phones! I highly recommend this location for any purchases or problems you might have. If they can’t fix it, I am highly confident they will help guide you to where or what you need to so.

Update: Still the best location for getting help with my account. If they can't help me at the store, they direct me to who I need to call.

Laura was the best sales associate I ever had the pleasure of handling my business with. She was so helpful and really got me more bang for my bucks . Request her if you ever visit the store !!!!! She gets 10 stars in my book!!!!!!!

Stephanie was great we bought an iPhone 11 and did a trade in for an iPhone 12. We got a great trade in value and left with no questions unanswered! She was very patient and spoke with us from a personal customer perspective and not just a worker looking for a sale! This is why we switched to ATT. Y’all go see Stephanie!

Working with Deandre was a very positive experience. Very helpful and diligent, making sure everything was taken care of. Also very friendly, willing to talk and laugh with you as you wait. 10/10 would recommend.

Cimmonie and Laura were beyond helpful! So patient and took so much time helping us transfer to new phones. Covered every detail and gave my kid a nice extra accessory as a gift! Best AT&T store I’ve ever done business with! Highly recommend this store, of all the stores in Hsv!

We went to the ATT store on Airport Rd first and did not have a very good experience. Decided to go to one on NW. Memorial Pkwy and the difference in experience was night & day. Laura at the NW Mem Pkwy store was AMAZING! She knew exactly what we wanted and was able to accommodate us accordingly & professionally. She went above & beyond and exceeded our expectations. Thank you and if we ever need in-store help, this is the place we'll be going from now on.

Miss Fantasia at the Memorial Parkway store helped me set up my new S23. She was very professional, kind and patient!

Evan was the most helpful person I've ever had for customer service. He set my account up and help me transfer from Verizon to Att. We even had trouble get our codes and had to connect with Att customer service several times due to the time it took. Evan literally work for 2 hours to get things set up because the 1st pin generator didn't go through properly. He had the best patience ever. I'm literally Greek with technology he help me so much! He really needs a promotion if he is this dedicated to every customer. He is a star in my book, I've worked store work and truly believe in great customer service, he was the best ever. 100 stars for Evan.
