I just have to brag on Hannah in the printing department. She has been so helpful with my printing projects and needs...
When I needed an order rushed she went above and beyond to make it happen! Great service like this shouldn't go unnoticed!

Need to enroll for TSA Pre Check? Follow these steps:
1. Google TSA pre check enrollment
2. Complete the online application and make an appointment for Staples at 1201 N Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL
3. Bring the required identification listed online
4. Head to the back of Staples and take a seat on the lime green plastic chairs near the TSA pre check sign.
5. Wait to be called and Hannah will take care of you. She is professional and fast. Expect 3-5 days for the FBI to complete the background check.

I went to Staples to get my TSA precheck application and my Hazmat Application completed. I missed my appointment time due to flight delays earlier that morning. Hannah was awesome and even though she was fully booked, she found a few extra minutes between appointments to help me out.
Her attitude is fantastic and her calm demeanor creates peacefulness. Any company would be blessed to have her on staff. She is management material!!!

I had a rough Monday, when my Wifi card died in my laptop....I run a small marketing agency and having connectivity is everything. After purchasing a Wifi dongle at a different store....I arrived back at my office only to discover that I still needed to download the software to use the dongle?? ( yes, I know.....I should have considered that when I purchased the product in the first place...LOL). That was a big issue, since I did not have a way to connect my laptop to an ethernet cable. I went to the Staples located at 1202 N. Parkway right behind Costco, and Justin stepped right in to help. He went above and beyond to assist me with this issue....and I am very grateful for his help!

Because he and the staff truly care about their customers....I will return to this location for everything that my business needs!!

Big shout out to the manager Justin at Staples in Huntsville. I've had the wrong pricing a couple different times throughout my visits and he definitely helped me out today with the correct pricing. super sweet.very caring. Definitely set things straight and it's much appreciated!!

The staff was respectful of the long time I took selecting an office chair at the end of their workday. I was very happy with the chair I selected and with Pete helping me get the chair to my car.

Very nice store. Everyone was polite and very helpful. I was looking for toner to check availability and a nice gentleman asked what I was looking for and instead of saying over there or isle 5 he actually went and found the item showed me where it was and even verified the cost. Way better customer service than many places. Good sales and great discounts and coupons if you are on their mailing list. Worth it. 10$ off 10$ purchase. Was the best so far.

I live close to this store and the staff is generally helpful and friendly. I've done a good bit of work with the copy department - convenient and well staffed and stocked. I have had to get some important legal briefs copied and bound quickly. I believe the young lady who has helped me is Mendy (?). She's been awesome! The manager, a big African-American guy, Anthony (?) is always friendly and helpful, as well.

I've been going there for a while. Very fast friendly and helpful. Pretty smiles pleasant voices. It's nice. Clean.
