On multiple occasion's the stuff has gone above and beyond to ensure we receive our correct order and promptly. Their online ordering is very user friendly. You can save your favorite items which saves time on future ordering. If they do not have something in stock, they email me within minutes to let me know or to offer sooner delivery for a similar product. They have competitive prices and are really willing to go the extra mile to keep your business! Kathy is such an amazing person. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Love this. However, now we have to have a login in just to see the catalog. Absolutely not convenient. We have a company of over 1000 employees. Typically, they hop on the website, search the item we need to stock and send it over to the office manager to place the order. Now, that is not an option. We can not look at anything to be able to send to the office manager, resulting in items we don't want because we cannot provide an item number to her. Dumbest update ever. PLEASE make the catalog public!!!!

Not sure why any office supply company staff would be completely confused by the question of whether or not they have paper for sale. Borderline rude. Even employees at the front desk of ‘The Office’ seem to know what paper is and would offer at least one or two details in their answer. Five stars seems a bit over-rated on their customer service skills.
