Northern Tool + Equipment

This is a very good store. I have been coming here ever since they opened. I get a flyer in the mail about every 2 to 3 months and it has coupons in it. I always find something I need and I use the coupons. Check them out.

Great store prices weren't bad the staff was friendly. One staff named Aaron was really nice and knowledgeable he's a really cool dude.

Northen Tool is located on Governors W not far past Cabela's but before you reach Slaughter Road. I busted my knuckles too many time trying to inflate my John Deere front mower tires and get them to seal on the rim. I also tried installing inflatable inner tube in the rims. But every time I tried to reseat the tire on the rim the tube would get a puncture leak. After patching both tire tubes and still leaking I decided that I had had it with these inflatable tires and inner tubes.

I looked up the tire sizes on Amazon, and several other vendor websites. They were available similar tires on several website but would take anywhere from several days to two weeks to ship. I looked them up on-line on the Northern Tool website and found they has several types of tires that would fit my John Deere riding mower. I was even more excited to see that Northern Tool had a Marathon Flat Free tire with the rim for only $47.99 each, a pair of tires and rims for a total of only $95.98. AND THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK.

I drove to the store to make sure they were the right size for my mower and was greeted by a very polite Northern Tool employee named Julia. I looked in the trailer aisle and found the two flat free tires with rims in stock as shown on their website. As I approached the check out counter Julie politely asked if there was anything else I needed. No, fortunately that was all I needed but it was good of her to ask because I often go to the store to get something and forgot what I was shopping for.

I asked Julia if they offer a military discount as it was Veteran's Day Monday. She said they honor veterans by offering a discount all year long. Northern tool is a great industrial supply for equipment or tools for home or your business. They have the top brand names and if they don't have it in stock you can order what you need online and have it to to your home or business.

I've shopped and purchased here many times, and it's always been a really good experience. Shipping items to the store for pickup has always gone well.

Just discovered this place and needless to say I'm a fan. The crazy thing is that I have passed it every day this year in one way or another and never noticed it because of where it's located.

This is a great store. They have a nice variety of products from light duty tools for minor house repairs to heavy industrial quality tools for businesses. I generally use some sort of product that I had previously purchased from Northern Tools almost daily. I try to always take advantage of their wonderful sales throughout the year.

If you like tools as well as I do then this is the store for you. I find that the quality of the merchandise is enough better than Harbor Freight that the bit higher price is worth it. The sales are good and especially for me the free freight that is sometimes available. Wish they would put a store in the Guntersville/Albertville area. It's a hour drive for me so I don't get there very often.

Every trip to this store has been a good experience. Sales people helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair. We’ll set up retail store. I really like going there because of the variety of products

I LOVE this store. The store staff have always been so helpful with any questions that I had. I've been going in there since they opened the doors and a couple of employees have been there since day one which says something about how they treat their employees. Great option for good tools and good deals.

I really like having the wide selection of tools with several options including store brands and well known brands. Northern Tool has great prices and generally offer extra incentives that make their prices unbeatable. The store is always clean and well stocked, and the associates are very friendly and helpful!

Had ordered a couple tires for my yard trailer that were out of stock for quite some time. As soon as they came in I received a call that they were in. Great service and lots of inventory ( except the tires I needed). pretty knowledgeable people working there. Good prices for tools and all sorts of equipment.

Excellent customer service. No cell service inside (AT&T) and I probably couldn't feed myself without Google. Luckily I was approached by an associate and asked if I needed assistance before I even had time to check for wifi. He was very knowledgeable and took me directly where I needed to be, all while explaining the options and prices with a smile on his face. I left with exactly what I needed and I will most definitely be back.

Unlike a big box store, Northern Tool carries the essentials working people need. I like there selection of high-visibility coats, which are 30% off until late December. Can't wait to see what additional items they will have once supplies are more available.

Holly, the manager at this location, helped us with an order. For weeks no one could locate it. It was a large item and just kind of floated around in transit.
Holly went above and beyond to help us, and the best part is, I believe that she genuinely did care! Thanks!!!!
