New 2 U Appliances

As a low income senior, I went to New2U to find a refrigerator that fits my budget. When I got my choice plugged in at home, I learned it wasn't working properly. Mike was very gracious about replacing it. He sent out Daniel with the replacement, who - even at short contact - struck me as a fine young man of good character. I am very pleased with my refrigerator and with the excellent treatment I received from Mike and his staff. I believe that Mike honors the teachings of Jesus by helping people cope with financial challenges and treating customers respectfully. I will not hesitate to recommend this store if anyone needs to know.

Excellent!! I love this place. I bought a washer from here. They brought it out to the house, installed it and hauled away my old one away for me. Prices are affordable, the machine was nice and clean and works really good. Highly recommend. Staff is super nice, the best in Hunstville Ive found honestly. Will continue to purchase from here in the future!

Totally recommend this company. Staff informed me that my simple repair could probably be done by myself and even gave me a few pointers(it worked). Excellent customer service and not all about making a quick buck. Any and all future appliance repairs that I man occur, will definitely be going to this company.

What can I say other than this gentleman knows how to run a business AND treat his customers, workers, guests right. He literally answered my texts at 4:30 am to make sure I knew he was going to take care of the issue and make it right. He did more than that, he talked me through the whole process of getting the new washer prepared and in great working condition. He allowed me to either get it fixed or get a different washer.
This man's the complete professional and has the highest standard of customer care and service. If you're thinking of get a washer/dryer but hesitant of unknown quality. Guarantee, this gentleman will take care of all your issues and worries. BUY FROM HIM. I cannot stress enough how amazing he's been through the process. Thank God for people like him.

I've been looking for a used stackable washer and dryer for some time. Mikey had what I needed at a good price. 60 day warranty! Even loaded it up for me since I live quite a distance away from Huntsville. Nice crew. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Good business man! I recently bought a dryer from there and the heating element went out before my warranty was up and the owner sent a tech to look at it wo had a dryer on standby with him just in case. No back and forth. I will definitely go back in the future!

Purchased a dryer from Michael a few weeks back. Unfortunately ,the exhaust vent on my house was clogged up with lint and it caused the drier to overheat . Which made the heating element fail. So totally my fault. Micheal still honored his warranty and fixed the dry for me the same day. Would definitely recommend using him for your appliance needs .

Owner found me a decent used dryer. He was also very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

So what can I say except two thumbs up! I have bought multiple appliances from Mike over the years and he has always gone above and beyond for me. One washer he sold me started leaking after a few months I called him about it and he was at my house the next day with a replacement for free!! I own rental properties and everything I use comes from Mike. His appliances are quality and they just work. He his knowledgeable about his business and will not waste your time. He is my one and only appliance guy. Period. I don’t often leave reviews but it’s rare to find a business who cares about customer service like NEW 2 U APPLIANCES!

Mike and his employees are amazing! New 2 U Appliances have a large selection at affordable prices. The delivery guys really take pride in making sure you have everything you need before leaving, they are very COVID-19 friendly, and they make sure to handle your delivery with caution so they do not mess up anything in your home or your new appliances. My family and I have purchased two washer and dryers, and a refrigerator. All the appliances we have purchased from Mike have all worked amazingly.

We purchased a refrigerator and not only did they deliver the same day, but they setup everything expertly! Great merchandise at a fair cost with a warranty, and superb customer service. I would but appliances from Mike at New 2 U in a heartbeat! Better alternative than buying new and Rent 2 Own.

Our washer went out a month ago and our home warranty has been an absolute pain. We were tired of waiting and figured we’d try out New2U before buying a brand new set. Mickey gave us a 30day warranty and a Maytag set at a great price. Even traded in our busted washing machine for spare parts and a working but older dryer for a good price as well. Hooked up the set and they’re working just fine. They test all their appliances there in the back room before selling. Happy we went to New2U first and saved ourselves well over a grand!

Michael gave me a good deal on a Whirlpool stainless steel fridge. Since I was out of the area and needed the fridge ASAP, he texted me photos of it, took my credit card over the phone and gave me a 30-day warranty. I'd do business with them again.

We bought our washer and dryer for a great price and they were delivered and installed on the same day. When the washer stopped working a week or two after we bought it, he went out of his way to replace it. Great customer service, and great value!
