- This shop is a little hard to find from the main road. However, once you're inside, the organization and store layout is absolutely top notch!

Overall: 5/5, especially due to their wide selection of gaming collectibles and fun extras like gachapon machines and cold drinks. If I ran a local game store, this is exactly the kind of vibe I'd try to achieve. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this place for probably the last 8+ years, every single time I go in there it’s top notch service and they clearly have a standard of selling. You won’t find any broken or dirty games in there, they’ve expanded a lot since then and it’s always been that way.

The staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend supporting classic game stores like this one. Tons of older games and consoles as well as great service

Super cool store! They have accessories, games, and a lot of systems ranging from the old school Atari and Nintendo to modern games. Everything I looked at was reasonably priced.

Always clean, staff is friendly and doesn’t push too hard to sell, and the prices are pretty reasonable. They will get some pretty nice stuff in too a good bit of the time. I always enjoy heading in here, even if it’s just to browse.

I’ve been into the store twice, driving down from Tennessee and have had a great experience both times. They have a really good selection of games and are very friendly. The atmosphere is also really well done and the layout is maintained. I definitely recommend coming here if you are in or near the area. If I can drive 2 hours to come here twice, you know it’s gotta be worth it.

I've wanted to write this review since the first time I went in, and every experience I've had with them makes me appreciate them more and more.
Absolutely one of my top favourite places in Alabama.
They take the time to treat each customer with attention and respect - and not like a burden like other places do.
Also, they give top dollar on trade-ins.
Don't waste your time with 2nd and Charles. (What a joke.) Gamers Paradise seems to genuinely appreciate their customers and their community, and what their customers have to offer.
They've consistently gone above and beyond what I would expect from customer service, and never make me feel that I'm wasting their time. Quite the opposite - they remind me that the gaming community can be a beautiful place.

They also have an amazing selection of rare games and accessories.

TL;DR - if you want to resell games, buy games or just talk shop, Gamers Paradise is where it's at.

10/10 - would absolutely recommend.

Very friendly staff. Has an incredible variety of games from pretty much all systems- and memorabilia from all the popular shows and games. While these type of stores are getting harder to find this is a must visit.

One of the best game stores I've been too. Clean and well stocked. Staff is super friendly. Great care and love for what they do is evident the moment you walk in.

Awesome selection of video games, consoles both brand new and retro. Some gem mint factory sealed hard to find selections. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff that will even add your name to a waitlist so if a game comes in that you want, they will notify you. Highly recommend!

We tried 3 places looking for a 3ds charger and they were the only ones who had them. They have a decent selection of games and they aren't overly expensive. I'll probably bring my switch controllers here for repair when I get the money.

I had a wonderful experience at Gamers Paradise today. A few weeks ago, I brought my Switch Lite in for repair. Parts were ordered, arrived and installed, the team went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with the results. Compared to other shops I've been to, the difference is night and day. I've only visited this shop once or twice, but they treated me like an old family member. 5/5 stars and I mean it. Thank you guys, I will be back soon :)

5 stars! Coolest store and they had my switch repaired for a reasonable price in only 1 day. I will def be returning for any of my gaming needs

I have an old fat ps3 I got in 2007, I still play it because fallout new Vegas has a lot to do. My ps3 was getting really dusty and hot and I couldn’t find someone to clean it until I found this place. I dropped it off without an appointment and got it back in 4 days, they had friendly service and it literally looked brand new when they were finished cleaning the dust and replacing the thermal paste :)

Great service - my PS4 wasn't reading discs and while they were not able to fix it due to a bad motherboard, the service was fantastic - I will definitely go back, they are so nice! Plus, they have plenty of games and consoles, and lots of variety. Definitely recommend!

Always super friendly employees, great environment to be in with a huge array of games/consoles from every generation. The only downside is that they reprint some games with missing covers so I'll have to double check my games, but the owners never gave me an issue on that and price accordingly.
