This was my first time visiting RI e-cig and vapes and Justin helped me out. He was super friendly and informative as helped me pick out a new vaporesso xros pro and some juice for it. They have an extensive selection of flavors and other goodies for the casual to serious vapers. I will definitely be back soon to try some new flavors! This place is a must visit!

Definitely excellent customer service I am terrible with names there is a new gentleman that works here started about a month ago of course Mike my favorite which used to be in coventries now in Warwick yay and gentleman with a red beard and I'm sorry about this I forgot your name already but I appreciate everything that you guys have done for me and the honesty it's an extremely pleasurable experience working with you with any needs that I might have you always are there to help me fix or with the silly little questions I come in with... Definitely in your best interest if you want to trust your smoke shop to save your money instead of rip you off like all the other ones I've gone to 100% recommend this to anybody and everybody that is looking for an excellence smoke shop

Wonderful first time Vape shop experience. These fellas set me up as a new user, and didn't try to oversell me on what I was looking for. The "Juice bar" was a nice bonus at only $1 per session and helped me decide what to fill my new device with.

This is my favorite place other than the movie theater and home. I've been to a lot of places n this is my favorite place. Coolest staff! Constantly attentive to the customers needs. Good place all around with great people. I suggest that if you want to quit smoking or you want to pick up a new semi healthy have it. All of these great individuals will point you in the right direction. They helped me make the necessary changes I needed in order to improve my health and I'm 100% positive that they can do the same for you. Stamp of approval by this guy JLA III. ENJOY!!!

These guys are great just went in and had the wrong part (that I initially thought was correct) I went back and it was replaced at no charge and shown to me how to replace. Being in the retail business myself I understand the importance of keeping your customer happy and I am very satisfied. Thanks guys for the great service I will highly recommend !

Friendly staff and good selection. Prices are decent, and they will keep you up to date on when new products are coming out. They get good amounts of the newest products that people want.
Only downside is the location, as you need to be going south on route 2 to get to the store.

Easily one of the most well run shops of its type. Well stocked, reasonable prices, knowledgable staff. And while I'm on the subject, easily some of the nicest folks you will meet. Great place.

One of the best smoke shops in Rhode Island with a massive selection. Great CBD choices and lots of options to smoke different forms or edibles. They even had dog treats. Loving my silicone water pipe !
