Best buy delivery men deliver and install my refrigerator were very courteous, friendly, professional and are pros in their work. They were also informative about the appliance. No hassle from them. The best buy sale person was courteous and professional also. Even though my refrigerator took so long to get to me. How ever, l am happy with my product.

I try to go here for my main electronics. I wanted a new iPad, as my current one is about be 9 years old. I was not disappointed! The employees were super helpful! They answered all my questions and were able to help me purchase what I wanted. I will continue to use Best Buy for future electronic purchases!

Got my tv here past month. It was fast infairness. I order it online and I can pick it up the next day.

Alejandro was a true professional. I have 2 young children so trips to stores aren't usually very fun. I needed a dishwasher. I left with a dishwasher, 2 pairs of headphones and a lego for my kids. Alejandro made shopping easy. Everything was clearly explained, no pushing sales tactics. Alejandro solved problems, which is what true sales is. The best retail sales experience I've had in years. I could not be more impressed. In and out in 20 minutes. Will only shop at bestbuy for appliances and will only buy from Alejandro.

I bought a PC with the help of Spencer at the Windows desk. Spencer is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. His expertise made the whole process so easy and stress-free! He listened to every single detail to find the perfect laptop for me, and he stayed well within my budget.

I was at best buy today in a purple shirt that says Pray, Wait, Trust. I wanted to thank the young Geek Squad associate on helping me with my dell computer. This computer holds all of my important files from the military, pictures with my military working dogs, pictures of my past friends that past away in the military in 2020; So when I couldn't get it to work I was really devasted. I tried to show that I wasn't crying in the car before I walked in. Not to mention I am a full time student and you can imagine the stress I was under when I thought I lost all of my projects. Important lesson for myself to back up my pictures.
But thank you! You mention "It's Thanksgiving" and I want to be able to give back in a way you helped me today

I honestly can't say enough kind things about the BB in Huntsville, AL. Every time I go in there for anything (purchases, window shopping, repair services, etc... ) I am treated the same and that is always GREAT. Sometimes, I mean sometimes, the person isn't knowledgeable in what I am asking for but instead of the "Sorry" it's always "please let me go get someone who can better serve you" love it!
Also, want to thank J....... at Geek Squad this last time I went in! Very, very, very helpful. Walked me around the store and explained the difference on items to me in a package I was putting together. I had options and picked what I thought would best suit me on his discussions about the products and I couldn't be happier!

Ordered a Samsung galaxy tab 8 online, the order was processed in a timely manner and my curbside pick up was quick.

As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. The young lady was very helpful. We found what we needed and exited the store: quick and painless. 🤣
The store was clean, and the atmosphere was good. I would recommend to family and friends to visit this store for their electronic needs.
