Office Depot

Had to come to this Office Depot to get signature stamps for three attorneys (we needed two stamps for each attorney) because the stamp machine was down at the one by our office. I have to say I am very please with my experience. Shana was the one who helped me and she was amazing! She got all six of them done while I was in the store! I was so glad I didn’t have to come all the way back from South Parkway to pick them up later. I would highly recommend this location.

Shayna, the manager, is truly exceptional! She has gone above and beyond not once, but twice, when my company has messed up our print orders! I really appreciate her and her teams dedication to customer service!

Cashier was extremely welcoming and gracious. I will be back. Tip to other retailers: the way you treat your customers matters. Treat them like you would want to be treated. Kindness goes a long way. Aka "do unto others as you would have them do to you." I read that somewhere?! The Bible perhaps?

Even though it was closing time the welcomed us in & helped us pick out a desk for my son. They answered all of our questions and loaded the desk in my SUV for us, even though it was well past closing time! We will be back & I highly recommend shopping at Office Depot!! They are GREAT!!

Jessica was the service attendant who provided excellent customer care. The products that were purchased were high quality for business and office productivity.

These guys are very friendly and helpful. They have great vibes, and wonderful attitudes. If you’re looking for anything office-related, choose the university location by Best Buy!

Office Depot on University is one of the few businesses who has the equipment to cut the binding off a large book and add 3-hole punch for putting the pages into a binder. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

They stock cyan ink cartridges by themselves for my printer which is what always runs out first so I’m happy to come here and get a good deal on those.

Getting copies of an 11 x 17 inch drawing was so easy. OD personnel were eager to help.

I enjoy shopping at Office Max. They alway have the items I am serching for and those items are at a much lower cost than the competitors. I also got 30% back for my last purchase with office rewards. I earned $19 on a $60+ purchase. That's a great deal!!!

I came in looking for a presentation folder. The young lady, Jennifer who assisted me was very professional. I wasn’t quite sure what I needed but she asked questions and I was quite impressed with her product knowledge and with her help, my presentation turned out great! I also needed some prints made and she accommodated me with that as well. She was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend you go see Jennifer in the print department for all your specialized needs.

Great experience in the copy/printing services department. Christopher Tanahey was extremely helpful with my very complex print job. Very patient and friendly and could not have had a better experience - really appreciated his effort as I was very frantic to get my print/copy challenges done with perfection. He was the best help and I would definitely recommend his support for future print/copy needs.

Bought a new laptop. The people there were amazing! The lady that helped us pick one out was really smart and friendly. The guy who set my laptop up was awesome, too.
