Board and Log Co.

Last week, a representative from this company came to my house and made an offer on several maples that were cut on my property. The offer was acceptable. We agreed on a price and shook hands. They were supposed to pick up the logs tomorrow. Today, the representative called to inform us that the owner decided not to follow through with the agreement. What happened to integrity within the small business community? Hope this doesn't happen to any future customers.
Updare: I received a call from the owner who said he wasn't aware an agreement had been made. The company honored the agreement and picked up the logs today. They employees that came were very professional and appreciated the owner calling me. They deserve 5 stars. Thanks

Got my first order from them yesterday. First price was very reasonable, shipping was less than I thought it would cost. Time to receive order was very good. Quality of product was AWESOME! This was my first order but certainly not my last. Great job guys!!!

Do not waste your time hauling logs to them to sell !! .. I was told black walnut goes for 1 dollar a board foot .. so I loaded them up got to the place and left my trailer loaded with logs so they could look them over.. they called me back and said they would pay me a dollar 1 dollar a board foot I said ok great.. now granted they sale it for 18 dollars a board foot I was still ok with price .. they called back a second time a few minutes later said that Rick .. I guess this is the owner stated he would only pay 25 cents a board foot .. so I wasted time and fuel for nothing .. very unprofessional

I recently purchased a Cnc machine and decided to purchase some cherry wood,oak cedar ect . My first order i recieved the wrong wood i spoke with rick and he said he could send out the right wood. I told him it is what it is since it was only 20 bucks I should have know better with that said I decided to try again this time only ordering cherry wood and alittle cedar. It was supposed to be here 2-17-24. I am still waiting for package so that is why I gave a one star rating not impressed at all with this company Company doesn't Ship when stated, also sends out wrong wood that was ordered would not recommend this company. Just recieved my order this is the quality you get when you order from board and log would not recommend this company
