Went here Feb 27 & met an awesome young lady named Amber who helped me with everything! She even pointed out discounts available I wasn’t aware of! It’s always a great feeling getting to extend your dollar in this economy! Most definitely will return just off of her excellent customer service! Thank you so much!!!!

I absolutely love to come here for the sales! I have gotten great products for $2-$3. Plus, They have their candles half price. I find great gifts for family and friends and you will always find such a great bargain.

I love when 3 wick candles are on sale. Especially 9.95 plus my 10.00 off coupon when you spend 40.00. And my one free body item.

The staff was very friendly, even helpful despite the horde that can be in this store in the mall. They stick a lot of selection, including many of the discontinued items since it is an outlet location. They have recently started a men's line that is growing, and the teak and bourbon perfumes are fantastic.
Floor staff was very helpful and the cashiers as well. When a line formed they went from 1 to 4 cashiers without pause and cleared us up in a hurry! Kudos to management!

My favorite store in the world, I love all the variety of scents and products! My favorite is especially the 3 wicked candles, they last a while and burn well. For the most part the body lotions smell great and you can smell them on yourself all day!

Though it was a busy shopping day, the floor reps were extremely nice and ready to help with questions. They had exactly what i nreded to calm my Anxiety. I will definitely come here again, great variety of candles, sprays, and body care.

This store is the worst thing ever, I can never resist the latest scent they've got wafting out of the store - and this time, I caught their Big Sale. I was given a nice squeeze of their branded hand sanitizer and a paper shopping bag when I walked in, and they just let the deals do all the work. I probably sniffed the entire store twice and nearly everything in the store was on some sort of deal or discount.

A few products of my favorite Cucumber Melon even had crazy clearances prices - just because the art on the bottles was getting an upgrade. So of course I got two sets of Cucumber Melon for me, a nice lemon soap for the guest bathroom, a set of Cherry Limeade (new for me, but just lovely), and then a 3-wick and 1-wick candle.

I spent a good chunk of change, but I'm set for at least the next year and the money I spent was exceeded by the amount of money I saved. Bath & Body Works knows how to throw a sale that runs itself, that's for sure.

I stay broke when I come here. I've been shopping here for years and couldn't see my self going anywhere else for my candles, new scents and the joy of shopping with ease. They are always friendly, coupons always on hand. Products are always guaranteed. Never an issue. I would recommend this place to everyone

As usual, my BBW experience was GREAT !!!!! Visited the Katy Mills outlet, hardly any line, I was able to get in & out quickly. All the associates were very helpful & friendly. Awesome sales B3G3 on products going on, today was able to stack coupons, and got some good deals.

I only purchase their shower gels which smell great. Of course, I patiently wait for the buy 3 get 3 free. Even at half off they are still a bit expensive but the quality (gel thickness) and smell is well worth the price.

I love this place. The staff is alway friendly and helpful. Darius gives service with a smile. Everyone I've come across here has been amazing. This location is highly recommended. The store is organized and clean. Keep up the good work guys!

Friendly staff and courteous. I appreciate the scented hand sanitizer sprayed on my hands when I entered and exited. Great sales on holiday & discontinued scents plus the candle sale. Always a treat shopping here.

love the katy mills location, they are so friendly and knowledgeable about past scents. instead of saying we don't have that scent anymore, they introduce you to similar ones. great service, Darius is always so cheerful

Jacob at this location is amazing!!!! Helpful!!!! The lady who sprays you when you walk in not so much. She has a power trip - consenting lady with brown hair! 10/31/2020 ..... Not fair to the rest that are incredible there to give low stars according to one rotten berry.

I love love love love love, this place from my son's to my brother to my daughters! Bath & Body Works for everybody everything everywhere! Nothing makes you feel better when you're clean and you smell good and Bath & Body Works has everything for everybody!

The products are amazing. The people who work there are super friendly and nice.
