The UPS Store

So I have been going to the store for a year now and I have had nothing but top-notch service, Top communication, Fast service and a quick turnaround. As a business owner, these are all the things I look for, I’ve used them for a delivery, Yard signs, business cards, flyers, signage to making copies. These folks are great and you should go use them! Andy & crew y’all keep up the great work and thank you for all you do for our business!

The UPS Store in Celina is by far the BEST around for all your printing needs! Whenever I have a personal project or one for my real estate business there's noone I trust more than Andy and his team!

Always completed fast and the quality is amazing! Customer service is top-notch!

This will always be my go to for all my postal and printing needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my items was not ready when I came. So to not have me wait or inconvenience me by having to come back, they delivered my order to my job!!! I was blown away by their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The UPS Store in Celina is great. They try their best to accommodate quick print requests. They have a good amount of staff to handle their busy customer base.

Walked in at 9:00 needing 75 copies of a tri-fold pamphlet printed in color asap, they were read AND folded by 10:00 AM!

I love this place—the folks who work here are always so friendly. They greet you as you come in the door and seem genuinely eager to be helpful. Plus every time I’ve shipped something with them they always suggest ways to save money. Even though this location isn’t the closest to my house, it’s worth going out of my way to patronize them. It’s always good to reward excellent service.

The amazing staff that you have in UPS Store#7075. They helped me multiple time today for my requirements. They really showed what a real customer obsessed team should be.

This store is so friendly. Even though they are busy with other customers, they always recognize me when I walk in. I've never had to wait over a minute to be helped. Very accommodating, well trained and efficient employees. It's so nice to be welcomed into a business establishment. Don't stop doing what you are doing because it works!!

Had to pack and ship a large box of clothes to a friend. This employee helped me carry everything into the store, packed it, and then did what most stores would only do from there on. I’ve never received such willing and friendly service from a major shipping store ever! Love these folks!

I have to tell you, I had never had to do printing work at UPS before, but Natalie really went above and beyond in helping me. I was doing a Christmas project for my mom, who is the person who typically would help me do the kind of color work I needed done. Natalie was so patient with me and helped me tweak and tweak until I was happy with everything. I was probably there almost an hour and she was so unbelievably kind and helpful.
I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone needing printing or shopping help.

Very pleasant experience at this location. Sophia was a pleasure to interact with. She was super helpful with me retuning packages and answered all my questions. She is an awesome worker! Great customer service, super efficient.

Billie Jean helped me in a way I didn’t expect, I went in for an Amazon return and realized the seller needed a different way to return. I was supposed to print a label and get a box of Billie Jean handled everything for me! My phone wasn’t able to email her, the label, so she walked outside to try and get a better signal from my phone to resend the email. I couldn’t believe how helpful she was and I truly hope this place church with her!

this is by far my favorite location to work with! every single person here is so nice and friendly. so hard to find places with people that genuinely care, and this staff is by far excellent with anyone that walks through that door! thanks for all y'all do, and make my life easier with returns and shipping I need help with! :)
