Upon my arrival, I required assistance in retrieving twenty-eight sheets of oriented strand board (OSB) decking. Cassandra provided exceptional support in addressing my concerns. Subsequently, Jose and Cassandra collaboratively loaded the OSB onto a cart, and Jose kindly assisted in securing it for transportation to the job site. I express my gratitude for the commendable assistance provided by Home Depot.

They’re wonderful at this location. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. Seems like everyone loves Their job here. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My son and I are always in Home Depot on almost a daily basis. Me usually on the garden or fencing section and he is always doing things around the house. He said a long time ago it's his favorite store They always have everything we need and the employees are so helpful. It amazes me that as large as the store is they are able to tell me exactly where to find what you are looking for. They're definitely well trained.

I would like to make a shout-out to one of your staff. His name is Mark. He is knows his job very well and a nice guy. He helped me several times. A big asset to your Store.

Debra in garden is so helpful, very polite, has excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Everytime I see her she is in every department. She is great at sales. Right away she identified all the special buys and knows how to save you money!

Smooth pickup for my online order, a first-time experience for me at this store. I particularly appreciated the assistance in loading bags of dirt into my car.

Came to get an item in the seasonal section. Quick in and out. Aisles are clean and clearly marked. All the employees I encountered were nice.

My Home Depot. It's too small and cramped and always packed with people of all kinds. I sometimes go to the North Irving/Valley Ranch store or the Euless store. They are bigger and less crowded, but it's not the same feel.

I'm here at least a couple times a month.

This review is about a particular associate at the location in Irving Tx. I loaded my cart with hardscape material for two tropical aquariums that I am developing and moved on to find some light bulbs. Debra G., an associate who told me she had been shopping at HD for 20 years and working for them for 1, walked by headed toward some task when she stopped and pointed at the sand and lava bags I had on my cart and suggested that I meet her back in the garden center if I was interested in some crazy deals. I bit. She pointed at some glazed terracotta planters and showed me the price they were scanning at the moment. It’s kind-of out of season for them but I felt like I just got some inside scoop that I couldn’t pass on. I took 4 that would have totaled $300 on a normal day at HD and much more elsewhere. I paid $26 plus tax for the four of them. I Didn’t need them and they barely fit in my Mini Cooper, But they matched my new house perfectly, and if I choose not to use them, I can easily resell them for a lot more than what I paid. Thank you Debra. I will gladly do whatever you want done to your hair any day! I wish I could find a car salesperson with her spirit.

I had the greatest pleasure of getting assistance from Shelia. She was an incredible listener and extremely knowledgeable in what I was trying to accomplish and just all around helpful in finding what I needed and did so with a genuine passion and big smile on her face. She was just a great little light in my day! 🩷🩷🩷

Went to get paint for room renovations. The selection was excellent and service was great.

There’s a lot that make companies amazing, but for me it’s the little guys. The employees make the store a great experience and as often as I shop this location I have had my fair share of good experiences but my most recent experience prompted me to write a review. If you need anything at the Home Depot off Irving BLVD make sure you look for some amazing employees; Tavo, Jon, and Lorena to name a few. They will make absolute certain you are taken care of and they will not let you leave disappointed. Thank you guys so much for just being awesome! PS it’s a little hot in the store but other than that, I have never had such an amazing experience with employees in ANY store like I did at this Home Depot.
