This place can be a little difficult to get in and out of. But it is a very clean well maintained place. The employees I interacted with were very friendly. Best to enter from the street side entrance and leave out the back to come around to the red light

The pharmacist (Amy) went above and beyond when all other CVS’ were closed on a snow day. Give that woman a raise!!

My husband uses this Pharmcy ( Emory Road in Knoxville ) for his prescriptions. I went in one day for him. I was so impressed with their customer service and the friendly, polite employees, I had my prescriptions transferred here from the Kroger in Powell.

In Galinburg, lost a part from my cpap, Billy at CVS went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed before I made the hour long drive to buy it. Thanks again Billy, great customer service.

Oct. 23rd I go in early in the morning to get candy for a trunk or treat event I'm doing later that afternoon. I got the VIP treatment from 2 wonderful associates when I was there. They not only introduced me to the cvs app but helped me on how to use it and save the most money possible. I really am thankful to these 2 wonderful ladies for all their help. They went above and beyond for me and gave me a wonderful experience. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help me. They are an asset to the company for sure.

Drove up to the pharmacy window asked for candy bar with my prescription pick up and got so much more! Thanks to Kevin……Thank you for your amazing hospitality and customer service. You went above and beyond. ❤💯

I’m not sure why this place has a 3 star rating - best CVS location in the Knoxville area I’ve ever been to. All staff are excellent, including the pharmacy, which is saying something considering it’s a 24/he location to have continuously excellent customer service. Everything I’ve ever needed is always in-stock and refill requests are completed promptly. Excellent pharmacists. Ignore the other reviews, they’re sleeping on this fantastic CVS location. Never had a less than 8/10 experience in the 3+ years this has been my primary location.

Been here twice, once for a drive thru prescription after 9pm and an in-store prescription near 3am. Both times the staff were helpful and polite. I don't go more because there are closer CVS's by me for normal pharmacy hours.

I wish I could remember the Pharmacist name who was wonderful! She was so kind and helpful in finding ways to save money for a prescription for my son! She saved me $60, and I'm so thankful for that. I needed it. So thank you! Quick service! it was late but still I was thankful how quickly they were able to fill my son's prescription!

It was 3:00 in the morning and I had tried so many other places that stated to be open 24 hours.I finally found this location to be open. I really needed Tylenol for my toddler. I called the store to make sure it was actually open and Amy answered. She was incredibly kind and even offered to assist me through the drive thru once I got there. I am very pleased with how accommodating and friendly she was during an urgent moment.

Usually very fast on service and they always try to get the best price for me on my Rx items not covered by insurance.

The minute clinic was easy to use. They answered any question I had, were very compassionate and competent. Thank you!

Casey in the pharmacy is the best. If they are out of the medicine he calls around and finds it for me. He knows his customers by name and is always polite.

I received a vaccination from Brandon, the pharmacist, and he was fantastic-I didn't feel a thing! He was very laid back and kind, also.

They were fantastic, I showed up at 3 am after a long 4 hours in the ER and they were able to fill my prescription immediately. I couldn't have been happier

Staff in the pharmacy takes their time to make sure you understand what you're taking. Not in a hurry to rush you along. Refreshing.

1 am visit was wonderful. Not sure what others are speaking of but fast, freindly service with a smile is hard to beat.
